About who needs care: I am physically fit and active. I live alone and have recently been diagnosed with early stage dementia. I need a female caregiver four hours per day for 3-4 days a week. I need the caregiver to drive me to Doctor appointments, shopping, activities etc ( I have a car), I have a small dog and we walk each day, Care giver needs to walk with us. Ideal schedule for care giver 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon. Caregiver must have drivers license and references. About the care needs: Outgoing caring happy personality. Need to assist me in completing shopping , household chores, routine cleaning, laundry, meal prep. Non smoker! Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
