Hi - we are looking for someone to come and help our kids (one starting Kindergarten and one starting 3rd grade) with distance learning. This would be in person at our house in Belmont. Looking for someone who can come ~ 25 hours per week. We'd like someone who can: - Assist our children (in particular, our Kindergartner who can't read yet or independently use a computer) with logistics of getting set up online (with online or whatever the platform is that the school will use). - Be present/available to help them with distance learning - Engage/play with them during "breaks" and "recess" - Help them during "classwork time", as needed - Prepare lunch for them - Help them with homework, as needed, after class time/distance learning is over.

We need an assistant that is will do the following things - approximately 3 days a week 3-4 hours a day. Responsibilities include, spread around the days: 1) Organization: Great at organization, light house clean up (we have a full cleaning services once a week ) cleaning here means organizing the kitchen, organizing closets, dishes etc. Ensure the house is clear of "stuff" 2) Laundry: Do the laundry across the house for a family of 4 and fold, organize and put away the clothes 3) Meal prep: While we will cook our own food we need help with prepping the food, creating a weekly meal plan, purchasing ingredients as needed, pre-cutting and prepping food to be cooked. 4) Other Misc: Other miscellaneous such as mail drops, sending out packages, larger organization projects, as needed and will be discussed prior. The top 3 will be done weekly.

The plan is to have kids go back to school for hybrid depending on what that looks like when school opens. While kids are distance learning, 6-year-old needs help to stay on task and ensure all her work gets done. Nanny will need to be OK with cooking for the kids, making lunches and healthy snacks. Also need to be able to do dishes and keep kitchen clean. As house assistant will need help keeping track of kids schedules, picking up groceries, making sure care is filled with gas. There may be other things here and there but essentially helping with household duties. Looking for someone who is proactive in trying to help maintain the household. Driver needed for errands and taking kids to swimming class.
