Anova Health Care System's Personnel
You expect the best, and you deserve the best care available. Anova Health Care Services ensures the quality of your caregiver by carefully screening and selecting our applicants before they are hired. We then train our employees in the skills they require and we regularly monitor their performance.
Our screening process includes checks of professional and character references, proper certification, criminal history record, child abuse records, satisfactory work record, and good health. Employees must then comply with our agency policies and our Agreement to Standards.
Staff competence is evaluated and monitored regularly. If additional skills are needed to meet our consumers' needs, we provide specific training.
