Our toddler loves drawing, cartoons we will leave a list for what's OK to watch. She is also independent and loves her space.
Our newborn loves food, his swing and his bassinet when he sleeps.
Our toddler needs more help with potty training, speech and things such as what objects are and colors and words. She can get a bit frustrated at times so letting her breath for a minute is a must as we support expressing her feelings and then explaining the situation once she's relaxed
Patience, honesty, education, ability to adapt to situations and communication skills. Should also have basic animal experience with positive reinforcements as the will come with the kids
Parking
We do have one big dog and one little dog. Both easy to care for and behaved. We will go over more details on them if your comfortable with pets. They both are well managed and well behaved larger dog is 4 years old and smaller is 9 years old. Both are females and do well with both kids. Will be excited to meet you but calm back down once their familiar with you.
