We need a full-time nanny, five days/wk for our two children in Charlottesville starting in August. Must agree to year-long contract. Schedule: 34-35 hrs/wk; 11:30am-6pm, M, W-Th, T 8:30am-5:30 p.m. and F 11:30am-5:30 p.m. Youngest will be in preschool part-time and oldest is school-aged, in camps most of the day when school is out of session. Light Housekeeping, Pick-up or Drop-off, Homework help, Laundry, Meal Preparation, Errands / groceries. Comfortable with our old dog. Can get to our home and back; parents will provide vehicle for transporting kids. In addition to competitive hourly pay ($20-25/hr), we offer 30 days of guaranteed paid leave (sick, vacation, paid holidays) and we pay all employee FICA taxes (7. 65% in addition to the employer). Must be up to date on all vaccines, including recommended COVID boosters.

We need a nanny for our 2 children in Charlottesville. Duties include a combination of housework, errands and childcare. For housework, we would need help with light housekeeping, laundry, tidying, toy organization and some errands (grocery store, etc). The kids are in school 5 days a week. We would need pickup of our son, our 4-year-old, from school at 3 p.m. each day and then pickup of our daughter, our rising 2nd grader, from after school care around the corner from our home around 5 p.m. most days. We have one dog, Jackson, who is a 30lb, 8-year-old English Cocker Spaniel so you would need to be comfortable with dogs. We have outlined the hours for each day as a best estimate of our needs but would be flexible outside the late afternoon hours to work with your schedule. We can agree to a full 40 hour work week that works best for all.
