I'm a single father father with a 3-year-old son that's with me 50% of the time. I am looking for a small amount of help every Wednesday and Thursday, then every other week Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, maybe a Saturday every once in awhile. I'm looking to offer a room for free in exchange for little help with my son. (3'level townhouse) You would have enough free time to have another job or take classes for schooling or whatever future goals you may have. The Help needed for Example is Dropping off at daycare and possibly picking him up if needed 2 times a week by 530. The biggest help needed is keeping up with the House and cleaning to free up some time for my son and I. I'm a clean individual and respectful. You would have a private room with private bath in a Nice neighborhood.

The kids live to do activities together and with a care provider. The live to also play video games and go outside and explore. Children will need assistance with lunch and getting dressed for the day. My 4-year-old is potty trained but needs a little assistance at times. We are looking for someone who is engaged with the children and enjoys their presence all while teaching them as they play. Additional needs include light housekeeping, meal prep and a non-smoker.

G and R are very close they pretty much stick together with everything! sometimes they allow P to join other times do not and P needs to be played with by you because she is younger ie. Your attention. For the most part they are on their tablets or running around the house chasing each other. My husband and I both work from home but its becoming increasingly more difficult to get anything done while trying to keep her entertained, fed, and well rested Hours would be 8:30 - 3pm, Monday thru Thursday. There are multiple individuals that live in the house and have conflicting schedules making it difficult to keep the house in order. There are also two dogs in the house, one that's sick and often pees no matter how many times it gets cleaned up.
