Kitchen, bathroom and esp. downstairs floors are priority - general tidying up the rest of the house (make beds, vacuum carpets, etc.). We keep the house clean, so it's the "deeper" cleaning in kitchen, bath and our floors that need the love every couple weeks. We are flexible on schedule and would like 1-2x per month but if price is right more is possible. We are open to expanding duties to cooking dinner couple times a week, etc. if the right person(s) for our family are found.

I live in a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment, 776sqft. in Milltown. Kitchen, living room, and dinning room are an open floor plan. I need someone to come bi-weekly with the possibility of weekly in the future. Your first time coming I need general cleaning of the entire apartment as well as organizing the pantry. I can buy new containers and labels, anything you need. After micro-organizing the first time, you won't have to do that anymore after. The rest of the times you come will just be apartment cleaning. Willing to pay $30/hr the first time you come since it'll likely take longer with organizing and that's an extra duty. I do have two pets so keep that in mind with pet hair. I'm looking for someone who pays attention to detail. Someone flexible and willing to help out with other small chores/tasks would be great.
