Biweekly cleaning of townhome in Norton Commons. Mostly wood floors with 3 carpeted rooms and 2 bathrooms. Must be okay with possible handling of mature small dog.

2 Teenagers 2 Small Dogs 1 Cat Interviewing for 3 days a week. Must be able to do Laundry.

Looking for a regular cleaning service with trustworthy people. Planning on every other week or every 3rd week but open to changing some. Would like someone with references. Can provide my cleaning supplies or can be yours but vacuum/ mop will be ours. Open to discuss schedule but expect some flexibility with advance notice. Thank you for your interest.

My Home is a "ranch" - i. e. single story - a few steps into the house, steps to the basement, but the basement gets very little use. I have two large, friendly dogs. This wouldn't be a good fit for a person who is afraid of dogs or doesn't really like dogs. I am retired and the only human occupant of my house. Only my bedroom is used every night. There is an "office" (computer room) off the kitchen. Really, I only "live" in part of my house, and the rest (living room, dining room, two of the bedrooms) would not have to be cleaned very week. I am at home part of every day. I have medical and dental appointments, attend some meetings, go out to dinner - a "typical" retiree. I am aging, but I "get around well" and drive myself. One task that is difficult for me it changing my bed linens and getting down to clean.

Expectations include thorough cleaning of kitchen bathrooms, bedrooms including changing sheets, family room living room (once month), Rear porch and basement. All hardwood floors which must be maintained. Must be able to work comfortably with a large friendly dog in residence, Owner may be present, but will Stay out of cleaners way. Owner will Provide cleaning equipment and treatment for cleaner to use on hardwood floors. Flexibility if Owner Requests extra work to be done. Home in St Matthews area. Include: references, experience and must agree to background check.

My husband and I are looking for some extra help to keep our home a relaxing, peaceful place to be. We live in a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment. We have one miniature dachshund that will be taken to daycare on the days you would come (he will not be at the home). I would love help with general kitchen and bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting throughout the apartment. If you could bring your own supplies that would be wonderful. We have a vacuum you can use! We are hoping for cleaning only a couple times before we move to Atlanta in June! We are able to work around your schedule for whichever day works best!
