I am in need of a 1 time housekeeper who can come and clean the house organize items, I have a daughter and her area is in need of help, do dishes clean bathrooms and make sure everything has a place.

We live in a historic home that is approximately 2800 sq ft. We have two friendly (but sometimes loud) dogs who insist on shedding everywhere and getting a paw print or five on window sills thanks to guarding their yard from cats. We're looking for a house keeper to come once a week (preferably the same day each week) for approximately four hours. We would prefer the focus to be on the kitchen and the bathrooms but would also like the house to be generally cleaned (mopping, vacuuming, dusting). We'll be home some of the time you're there but not the entire time every time.

We have had housecleaning scheduled weekly for the past 2 1/2 years (which hopefully makes that first clean a little easier). We welcome anyone who would be willing to do a one time clean but prefer those who also have availability for a weekly client moving forward. I prefer a bathroom cleaner that has a touch of bleach and lavender on surfaces that will take it. I can any cleaners and supplies if you'd prefer, but ask that you let me know ahead of time so that I can order it. We have a vacuum that my husband loves (it frustrates me). If you have a different vac you prefer, feel free to bring it. We have a sweet med sized dog who will leave you alone, but adds hair to the floors. I need one load of laundry done and put away each week. I wash it all together on cold so no need to sort. Contact me with any questions.
