I need a housekeeper for about four hours every other Saturday morning. I have 3 bedrooms (master, office, and guest room.) a bonus family room, and 2. 5 bathrooms. My home is two stories and I have two very friendly cats. We are an Eco friendly home and I will work with you to supply the appropriate Eco cleaning supplies based on what you need. Need to be reliable and a good communicator with experience cleaning. I am very easy going and can work with your schedule. I need the following tasks completed biweekly: Floors vacuumed and mopped Laundry washed and folded All rooms tidy and waste baskets emptied Dusting Mirrors and glass doors cleaned Kitchen wiped down and dishwasher loaded/unloaded Bathrooms cleaned Light organizational things-I would love someone with organization experience and could work with you schedule separate 1 time jobs like organizing closets or kitchen cabinets. Once a month: Windows cleaned (they easily fold inside to be cleaned on both sides) Bed linens washed, dried and dressed Baseboards dusted or wiped Fridge and oven cleaned I have all cleaning equipment but can work with you if you need other supplies so that you don t have to bring anything yourself. Please provide references.

2 bed 2 bath condo need reoccurring cleaning

We are moving into a new home and I am looking for someone to do a full scrub down of the house before we move in. It is clean, but dusty as we have done some work in the home prior to moving. I need the floors, baseboards, windows etc washed. There is no furniture in the house now, so it should not take too long.
