We have flexible hours, both HOURLY and LIVE-IN positions available. We need Reliable and Honest CNAs to assist our Clients in their homes with personal care needs. We are currently hiring CNAs in Marietta, Alpharetta, Woodstock, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Acworth, Dunwoody, Atlanta, Snellville, Decatur and Conyers. Ambulation, transfer, and positioning of clients. Assist with bathing, grooming, shaving, dental care, dressing and eating. Knowledge of Basic First Aid and CPR. Meet client's special needs as it relates to. Home Management, home safety and sanitation, infection control in the home. Medically related activities including taking vital signs, proper nutrition. FULL TIME NEEDED IN FULTON, DEKALB, AND COBB COUNTIES REGISTERED NURSE (RN) Job Responsibilities: The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for developing a plan of treatment and for providing skilled nursing services to the patients in accordance with the plan of treatment and under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. The care is delivered at the client's home. Monitor patient progress and identifies any changes in status, acting on those changes to insure patient comfort and safety Perform routine nursing care to assigned patients, while utilizing age specific and universal precaution practices at all times. Practice patient teaching/training for patients and families. Actively demonstrate a working knowledge of nursing theory, techniques, principles, and practice in order to holistically care for the patient. Communicate with all staff, patients, and families with excellent written and verbal skills. Comply with all facility policy and procedure, while upholding the expectations of MedSide Healthcare. LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) Job Description: Monitoring and recording member's vital signs as needed; reporting abnormal readings to the RN supervisor Observing member's functional level; reporting any changes in the member's physical condition and health care needs to the supervising RN Assisting members, as needed, with medications; observing for possible reactions; reporting any reactions to the supervising RN notifying the supervising RN of any significant changes in member's status completing an in-home supervisory visit with assigned members at least once per year to observe and monitor the in-home performance of the personal support aides completing timely, pertinent supervisory notes Preparing progress notes and supervisory visit entries, documenting member's current status Teaching self-care activities to members, member representatives, and caregivers Assisting with and/or providing member care as needed Reviewing, signing and dating all clinical record entries (i. e.; service record forms, progress notes) made by the personal support aides supervised by the LPN Collaborating with the supervising RN to update member care plans

Monitor reactions and patient progress. * 6. Educate patients and caregivers on disease process, medications, plan of care, and individualized treatment plans. * 7. Educate patients and caregiver on techniques for in home health care. * 8. Coordinate patient services. * 9. Supervise LVNs, CNAs, and HHA's.

Demonstrate proficient skills to admit, transfer, re-certify, and discharge home health patients in regard to physician orders. Coordinate and supervise LPN' s and HHA's in the delivery of patient care. Maintain compliance with agency policy and procedures. Follow Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
