All of the children are in a school/daycare program for a portion of the day. One of the 10-year-old twins has a genetic diagnosis of Fragile X Syndrome, for which specific training will be provided. Before Nanny picks him up from school at 1pm, Nanny will meal prep, run dishwasher, light laundry and run errands. At 1 p.m. Nanny will pick him up and take to and from appointments/activities/therapy. In addition, Nanny will help him with any homework or learning activities. An education degree, teaching or therapy experience, or related is a strong plus, but not required. The other 10-year-old twin will get picked up at about 3pm, followed by the younger twins at 5:30/6 p.m. Once everybody is home from school/daycare/work, Nanny will help with dinner, bath and bed routine. Strict observation of the CDC's COVID-19 guidelines is imperative, and family is requiring any candidate they hire to have received the Covid vaccine, as one of the 10-year-old twins has an immune deficiency. The ideal candidate will be loving, reliable/punctual, education-minded, and communicative. The family has two mostly indoor, friendly small-ish dogs (puggle and an English Bulldog), and both parents work full time from home currently but that will likely change in the near future.
