We will be coming together to make crafts, eat pizza and enjoy an out of this world movie. Our pizza nights include creative time and dinner from our beloved local Bernal Hill Pizza shop. Get ready for baby dragons and theater! Over the course of the five day camp we will travel through Dragons Pass and get to meet all kinds of baby dragons and their way of living. We will come up with awesome characters, work in teams and go on exciting adventures that will have your kiddos laughing and playing along! Join us at 3:30pm on Friday for a Baby Dragons Show! This week long camp, inspired by the hit movie, K POP DEMON HUNTERS, combines the magic of performance with the fun and freedom of summer to help campers develop the skills every performer needs to perform on a Broadway Stage! Campers will spend the week singing, dancing, acting, and rehearsing for their Final Performance which will take place on the last day of camp! They’ll also be given the chance to discover what goes on “behind the scenes” helping to create costume pieces, sets, and props that they'll use in their final performance! For Grades 2–4 5-Session Series PLEASE note, due to Snow Storm on 01/25, our Start Date has been delayed to Sunday, Feb. 1 and still ends on Sunday, Feb. 22. However, the last class, Feb, 22, will be 2 hours (10am-12pm) with a short break for a makeup class. So still time to register! This high-energy 5-session course helps high school students think fast, speak clearly, and express themselves with confidence in any situation. Each week, our littlest Broadway fans and caregivers are introduced to exciting new songs, characters, and stories as Broadway Musicals are brought to life by a team of professional teaching artists. Created by a professional performer turned early childhood development specialist, Broadway & Me's unique curriculum is both entertaining and developmentally appropriate. Each class incorporates activities that are designed to support your little one’s physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and language development.

During this week campers get to enjoy a different ceramic and slime daily. ​ We know going home we so many slimes and ceramics can be overwhelming - so we have you covered. We will also be mixing in some watercolor and acrylic projects throughout the week. From fluffy slime to glow in the dark and snow slime - we will keep the campers day filled with exciting activities!

We are thrilled to announce that Beyond the Bell is a proud recipient of the Calvert County Reinvestment and Repair Fund Grant. Thanks to this support, we are launching a new, 12-week intensive afterschool program hosted at the College of Southern Maryland (Prince Frederick Campus). We are looking for students in Grades 3–8, who would thrive in a high-engagement environment focused on Social Emotional Arts and Athletics Lessons (S.E.A.A.L). This is a perfect fit for students who need: Intensive Mentorship: Small group settings designed to build deep, supportive connections with dedicated mentors. Creative & Physical Expression: A unique curriculum that blends visual arts, digital storytelling, and athletics to keep students engaged. Confidence & Resilience: Using both the arts and sports as a bridge to help students find their voice and build community. This class is not intended for experienced debaters.
