After school, we’ll offer a mini-version of our famous Hi-Five Sports Camp that has thrived for over 35 years. Our After School program will allow children to get a taste of a variety of sports under the guidance of great coaches – encouraging sportsmanship, teamwork, and FUN. The Hi-Five After School Club will focus on the core sports in our Summer Camp program – basketball, softball/baseball, football, soccer, lacrosse, hockey, and volleyball. In addition, we’ll play a wide variety of schoolyard games that get the kids moving and competing. Whether they make a mistake or lose or they make a great play or win, they’ll learn from it and keep playing. We believe the key to teaching kids how to play sports is through encouraging them to develop the proper fundamentals and play with passion. Above all else, we want to make sports FUN to help them fall in love with playing the games, just for the sake of playing! It’s as simple as that. They’ll all get a little taste of summer camp each week!!

*CPS will be back in session this week! We're headed to the United States of Auradon with Mal, Evie, Carlos, Jay, Uma, and the rest of the crew of DESCENDANTS! (Maybe even Red and Chloe!) This week-long musical theater camp inspired by Descendants 1, 2, AND 3 (with a bit of Rise of Red thrown in too!) will use your child’s favorite songs, stories, and characters to help them develop the skills every performer needs to perform on a Broadway Stage. Campers will spend the week singing, dancing, acting, and rehearsing for an end of the week showcase which will take place on the last day of camp! They’ll also be given the chance to discover what goes on “behind the scenes” with art projects that introduce them to theatrical elements such as costume set design. Don’t worry – it’s not all work and no play here at Stages! We take advantage of the fun and freedom of summer, ensuring campers have time outside each day as well as free play (and rest). Alice is so excited to offer a Concert style class this Summer at Casey Jones' Village! Mars Presents: Music with Alice, a 30 minute family music class, is for 0-5 year olds along with their parents, grandparents and caregivers to come together every week to sing together! Due to the generosity of Mars, these classes are ABSOLUTELY FREE! We will be inside at the Train Museum! Please bring a blanket to sit on and an instrument for your little one to play if they have one! These classes are highly engaging to all ages, as Alice teaches everyone finger play activities, hand movements, lap songs, call and response singing and we end each class with a lullaby to calm the children for the next part of their day. These classes have a flow that allows quiet soothing and also lots of movement and big fun! Each class is full of simple and enjoyable music from the folk tradition, classics you know and love, and originals written by Alice! These songs are specifically crafted with a wide range of ages in mind (even the adults will love it!) Alice's classes encourage bonding and create one-of-a-kind memories that will last forever afterwards. CITs are technically campers, participating fully in camp activities while gaining leadership experience. The program is $30/day with limited spots available each week, requiring a full-session commitment. What to Bring: Water Bottle: Stay hydrated! Refill stations are available on-site. Shoes & Clothing: Comfortable athletic shoes and black athletic shorts or pants are required. Each CIT will receive a camp shirt to wear for the week. Rebel Art Summer Camps are full of exploration, creative excitement, and just plain fun! Much like our teen school year classes, we will offer the flexibility of having planned projects for those who don't necessarily have a clear idea of what to create, as well as more of an open studio for those who are ready to dive into all those projects in their heads (with the guidance of our teachers). We offer everything from drawing, painting, collage, mixed media, printmaking to sculpture. Please note that due to time constraints, we do not offer ceramics in this program during summer camps (please check out our Rebel Ceramics program if interested in working with ceramics). We break up the week by hosting camp in different locations. Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays are hosted at the studio at 1444 South Main st., and Tuesdays/Thursdays we meet at local parks. This unique opportunity is only offered during summer camps and is incredibly special as it allows campers to experience working in plein air (from life outside) as well as in the studio for a complete art experience. Please note that we keep a close watch on the weather and air quality and will relocate to the studio if it will be too hot or poor air.

Happy Halloween! It's time to don a costume, light the candelabras, pick the music that makes us feel most alive, and dance in the full moon light. Everyone's invited: the zombies, witches, wizards, ghosties... and you! Please remember to pack a water bottle, nut-free lunch and a yummy snack (or 2!). Drop off: 9am - 9:30am Pickup: 2:30pm - 3pm Refund Policy: Please note that we have a no refund policy. Full credits will be issued for anything with a 4 week notice and can be used for any future Rabbit Hole activity. After 4 weeks we are unable to credit. If your child is sick or you need to miss a day of camp we will have a camp bag ready for you at the studio. This bag will be filled with enchanted projects, art materials, audio and video links and anything your kiddo might be missing in class. Get your kids ready to dance! Meet your teacher, Jocelyn, a dancer on the competition team, Krazy8, based in San Mateo. Trained in Hip Hop, House, Waacking, and Campbellocking! Harry Styles, and more our campers will be celebrating the artists who have shaped pop music for last 50 years as they put on the ULTIMATE summer concert!  This week long camp features daily vocal coachings, pop star prep, and choreography rehearsals that will give your camper the opportunity to train like a pop star! The BEST 360 Baseball Clinics are an intermediate baseball development program for athletes ages 7–12, designed to strengthen skills, challenge players to reach their potential, and prepare them for more competitive levels of play. Players participate in weekly clinics featuring focused instruction and intentional training from collegiate and former professional athletes in a positive, high-energy environment. Coaches work with each player using the BEST 360 Baseball Curriculum, building upon the core fundamentals of the game. Athletes will develop their abilities to hit, throw, catch, run the bases, and improve their Baseball IQ through structured drills, competitive activities, and game-like scenarios that build confidence and consistency on the field. Each clinic follows a structured training agenda, with daily areas of focus such as hitting mechanics, defensive fundamentals, base running, and situational awareness. Because each session builds upon the previous one, regular attendance is strongly encouraged to maximize development and overall understanding of the game. Players will also receive live reps, competitive drills, and small-group instruction, allowing coaches to provide individualized feedback and help each athlete continue progressing throughout the program. Vending machines are available on-site for players who would like to purchase a snack or drink during the evening clinics. $20 Sibling discounts.
