Tumble 2 is designed to take your athletes tumbling to the next level. Athletes will learn to increase speed and power in running tumble connections. This class will train Roundoff Back Handsprings, Tucks, Layouts and Twisting. Athletes are required to have an unassisted Standing Back Handspring and Power Hurdle Roundoff.

Tumble 1 is designed to introduce your athletes to the basic elements of tumbling. Athletes will learn and perfect progressions up through the Power-Hurdle Roundoff and Standing Back Handspring.
