Tumble 1 is designed to introduce your athletes to the basic elements of tumbling. Athletes will learn and perfect progressions up through the Power-Hurdle Roundoff and Standing Back Handspring.

Athletes will learn the Basics of Rhythmic Gymnastics with our own Coach Blayzen a World Competitive Rhythmic Gymnast . Clinic will focus on: Flexibility focused warm-ups Basic Body Elements: Posture and arm positions, body waves, pivots, and balances, jumps and leaps, basic dance steps for improving artistry Introduction to basic apparatus fundamentals - Hoop, Ribbons, Rope, Ball

Open Workout - Practice & Play! Join us on select Friday nights from 6:45pm-8:15pm to explore the fun of gymnastics in a safe, supervised and engaging environment. Enjoy all the events including our tumble track & trampoline! Coaches will be there for spotting drills and working skills!

Tumble 2 is designed to take your athletes tumbling to the next level. Athletes will learn to increase speed and power in running tumble connections. This class will train Roundoff Back Handsprings, Tucks, Layouts and Twisting. Athletes are required to have an unassisted Standing Back Handspring and Power Hurdle Roundoff.
