Give your child the gift of confidence and the joy of cooking! Our culinary program offers hands-on cooking lessons for budding young chefs. We learn more than how to follow a recipe at Lil’ Chef School. We utilize math, science, teamwork, creativity, and more. Children learn about cuisines of the world and enhance their experience with fruits, vegetables, herbs & spices while gaining confidence and experience in the kitchen that will last them a lifetime. Children will make 2 recipes each week and will get a tasting of the food they made at the end of class. Recipes are provided online.

This monthly class specializes in teaching basic pastry & baking techniques, including creaming, folding, whisking/beating, cutting in, kneading, and sifting. We also teach how to measure properly and the difference between measuring dry and wet ingredients. We create everything from scratch, and tastings are always included. Each adult has the choice to cook alongside their child or assist, depending on their age and capabilities. We start with baking recipes where they will learn how to measure dry ingredients and mix various batters. We will be making Strawberry Shortcake to celebrate MOM! Ages: 3-5 (older kids are welcome)

Our Baking Workshops are back! Bake with us and whip up some fun in our cool kitchens. Lil’ Chefs will learn how to measure wet and dry ingredients properly, the importance of exact measurements, and how to follow a recipe. We will work together in small groups to complete each part of the recipe, and each Lil’ Chef will create and decorate their own to take home. This is a great workshop for the parents to GO OUT and let their child have a fun-filled FRIDAY evening with us! Join us for our annual Pajama Party Our Menu: Pancakes, Sausage Muffins & Coca Cola Cupcakes **Additional $15 per child for early drop-off (5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.). **Additional $15 per child for late pickup (8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.). Ages: 3* & UP *Must attend with an older sibling. Kids 3-4 years old can attend with older siblings & must be able to use the bathroom from start to finish on their own.
