What your child’s day will look like
This monthly class specializes in teaching basic pastry & baking techniques, including creaming, folding, whisking/beating, cutting in, kneading, and sifting. We also teach how to measure properly and the difference between measuring dry and wet ingredients. We create everything from scratch, and tastings are always included. It was great! My 7yr old (now 8) first did the summer camp. We came back for Veteran Day and he was happy to go and incredibly happy when we picked him up. The cupcake ice cream cone was his favorite as was the sliders. The meat on the sliders were handmade, thick, and very savory! Veterans Day was packed with all ages, including smaller than my son and older. Luckily they had more than a handful of staff helping.

All materials are included in this series. Please have your child wear their hair back off their face, ex. ponytail for girls and closed-toe shoes. We are a nut-free school and we can accommodate ONLY and ALL nut allergies. We cannot accommodate any other allergies and/or food restrictions. If children have gluten or dairy sensitivity, they can participate but cannot taste. Your child can bring a snack. All snacks need to be *NUT FREE* since we are a nut free facility Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your event. Because we have pre-paid material fees, please be advised that event fees for missed classes are non-refundable. If advanced notice is given, at least 1 week prior to class, class can be made up at the end of your paid session. RELEASE OF LIABILITY We are a nut-free school. Please call our school if your child has any food allergies or place the allergy on the release of liability form that must be completed by each family. If you don't bring this form with you when you drop your child off for our event, you will be asked to fill out the Release of Liability form upon your arrival. COVID 19 protocol measures are in place.
