You don't have to be a pro to create beautiful art! All it takes is some practice, patience, and inspiration to create something magnificent. For my age 10+ KVArteests, we work in oil paints on projects each artist chooses with my input. This is a class for those with enough art experience or can-do attitude to work largely independently.

Adults and children play together with teacher-led activities to support their child's social and physical development in class. Grown ups will separate for approximately 15-20 minutes, gently easing them into the preschool experience in a familiar and safe environment.

HI-FIVE LITTLE BALLERS offers weekly basketball development classes for children 3-5 years old. Our program incorporates the game of basketball to help children build self-esteem, coordination, and more. The coaching staff is highly experienced when it comes to teaching tots sports. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Any classes that are missed you can make-up class during any age-appropriate class within the session. In class we focus on child and player development. your child will learn and develop basic motor skills, fundamental soccer skills, as well as life skills. Players will improve their technical and tactical knowledge of the game as they grow. Come fall in love with the sport of soccer and make friends for years to come in a creative, fun, relaxed and safe environment. For particularly shy children who were not able to translate school into a social circle a soccer team provides an instant set of companions, and a way to experiment with interaction in a safe and healthy environment. Soccer offers a sense of self-esteem and well being children can develop as they see their accomplishments grow.

Individual goals are established and records of progress kept. A sketchbook is required for this class. This program does not require students to have prior art-making experience. Students new to ADEX are required to complete 3-4 prerequisite projects that introduce new mediums and the fundamentals of composition, color, and form. These projects also serve to familiarize students with the studio’s layout, proper setup and cleanup procedures, as well as essential steps in project planning. These prerequisites are completed at the students’ pace and typically take at least one session to complete.

This fall, we are offering a 6 week sculpture course offering students the opportunity to work with wire, clay, papier-mâché and other materials such as plastic, recycled cardboard + more. Students will be given the freedom to create an animal of choice to construct during the session. This workshop is perfect for older children able to work independently and for teens. We will design and build the sculptures over the course of 6 weeks. This is a great opportunity for kids to work in a small group setting to create something wonderful! *Minimum of 6 children required to run to class

Introducing our FUNdamentals class, the perfect way to kickstart your child’s gymnastics journey! Designed specifically for preschoolers, this class fosters confidence, patience, control, and coordination, using fun, age-appropriate gymnastics equipment. Through engaging circuits and drills, your little ones will develop fine motor skills while discovering the excitement of being a budding gymnast! Here’s what our young athletes will work on: Strength & Flexibility: Building a strong foundation for gymnastics. Gymnastics Body Positions: Learning shapes and colors to help reinforce body awareness. Tumbl Trak: Practicing jumps, body control, proper landing, and beginner tumbling. Vault: Mastering running, jumping, and body positions on the springboard. Floor: Introduction to forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheel basics.
