RoC CDC believes every child is an individual and deserves an individualized educational plan to meet their developmental goals. Our center was created to serve the needs and interests of the children in mixed-age groups and at different stages ofdevelopment. We ask ourselves what the children in our care need, what their families value, and how the community would benefit. We focus on learning through long-term exploratory projects and the care of the whole child.
