New Vision Hospice

In February, my mother celebrated her 96th birthday. She was grappling with congestive heart failure and a troublesome leaky aortic heart valve. Despite the care of a compassionate cardiologist, her condition left her frail and often struggling for breath, depriving her of her cherished neighborhood strolls. Our efforts to minimize hospital visits led us to consult her cardiologist weekly, but her health continued to decline, punctuated by numerous unsettling ER visits.

Faced with this grim reality, I embarked on the search for hospice care. I was impressed with New Vision's expertise and professionalism. In light of our experience, I wholeheartedly endorse New Vision hospice for their exemplary care and unwavering support.

My wife died as a result of cancer. We chose New Vision for her hospice care in her last days. I cannot say enough about New Vision as they helped my wife though her last few days. They were extremely efficient with our enrollment. This was done on a Tuesday evening at our house. The following morning a hospital bed, oxygen and other relevant equipment was delivered. My dealings with the staff over the phone were very good. The phone was answered promptly, questions received a response and any follow up was made. Romel scheduled everything with great efficiency. Everyone was helpful. Rebecca, our hospice nurse was an absolute treasure. Her scheduled visits were always on time and she called us when she was on her way. She was extremely helpful and caring. She answered questions and explained things clearly. She had a very upbeat attitude. There is no question that she helped my wife through her final days. I am deeply grateful to all at New Vision

I cannot thank you enough for the care that New Vision provided for a very dear friend of ours. As a nurse myself, it is very comforting to know that they are being loved and cared for just as I would! Thank you again!!

If you have a loved one entering hospice, do not engage New Vision Hospice for hospice services. The level of care provided to patients in a time of most need is grossly inadequate and borders on intentionally negligent. 

The doctor who was (and still likely is) associated with this illegitimate practice is Roger Tran from Advanced Geriatric Care in Laguna Hills, CA. 

If you also feel your loved one has not been treated with dignity at the end of life because of New Vision, I suggest you reach out to Dr. Tran and the state of California to lodge complaints.

Been with New Vision for five months now and it's an extremely supportive environment. Everyone works well together and truly give our patients the best care possible it's truly a team effort. It's not always easy being around death every day but everyone is understanding and even management gets it. I really enjoy working for such a wonderful company.

I am an employee of theirs and they gave me 2 patients in Lancaster CA. I worked there since June and now it's August. They still haven't paid me. This company is a fraud. They only steal the money of their patients. I am an HHA and I've been calling them since August 19th and they still haven't paid me. I call them everyday and they say that they have sent me my check but they never did. Jenny the owner doesn't answer my phone calls and she ignores my messages. I know of other employees that say they haven't been paid for many months as well. I already called the state to report this company. Do not work for them! Until they are verified by the state. This company doesn't have compasión for their customers. They only care about making money. They make the nurses do their job but they never pay you.
