Unethical

This company allows their employees to sleep around with the parents and break up families of the children they claim they are wanting the best for. When the main office found out, the person got a promotion. Most unprofessional and unethical place I've ever heard of. You trust your kids with an established daycare and then employees can have affairs with the parents. Beyond disappointing and disgusting. I will be sure to let everyone know about how LPC runs their daycare.

I went on medical leave immediately following, I went on maternity leave. I had been there a year, did as I was told, worked hard often made to go to other locations mid day with no lunch breaks or would give others lunch breaks while I had none. Often was late picking up my own kids as they would never let me leave on time, therefore owing to them in late pick up fees. Was almost never allowed days off for appointments. Was told I was not able to pick up my sick daughter from their other location, which is against the rules they set for parents.

Biggest and most illegal thing was being fired for maternity leave only 2 weeks in, before my baby was even born. And when I was told I'd be allowed back if I applied, I did apply and was replaced a month later after being ignored and treated terribly.
