Ms. Judy is a true treasure. She combines many years of experience with genuine love and care for the children under her care. Her daycare focuses on teaching kids kindness, respect, sharing, all while letting kids be kids and have lots of fun! Whether it's going on field trips to the park or zoo or museum, playing in Ms. Judy's garden full of slides, Lego tables, ride-on toys, chalk boards, and lot of other opportunities for fun activities, or staying inside on a rainy day reading books and playing with trains, Ms. Judy always finds a way to make the day a success. My kid loves her tasty, healthy home-cooked lunches, and is proud of the pictures and various creative crafts he makes with Ms. Judy's encouragement and help. As he's gotten older, she's added activities that teach letters and math, always keeping it low-pressure and fun. And all that for a rate that is beyond competitive. She's truly been a blessing in our lives.

Ms. Judy is incredible. She is caring, loving, supportive. She teaches them, plays with them, takes them on field trips. Her home is casual, comfortable and a kids daycare dream.

Ms. Judy is amazing! We are so happy we found her. She has been taking care of my 3 year old for one year now. I knew it was meant to be when she didn't want to come home the first week! I love how the children are encouraged to play and be children, and be themselves. Everyday they are doing activities, all day long, ranging from drawing, learning numbers, letters, games, reading books, to going to the local park, local library, museums, and other local activities for kids! I see my daughter bring home many positive phrases and ways to solve problems with other children because of the things Ms. Judy has taught her. I see program in her knowing things like colors, numbers, and letters, which Ms. Judy has helped tremendously with! Knowing that my child is playing in a positive environment and having fun is such a great feeling, the things she learns on top of that shows how awesome of a childcare provider Ms. Judy is. It truly is a home away from home for each child and family!

What could I say about Judy's Family Childcare? She's been an awesome provider for three years. Caring, loving, nuturing, knowledge building, environment for all children. She teaches proper manners and etiquette, when having lunch, to reading time, and when on fieldtrips. Also, she instills positive group interaction and team building skills, within the children, so that they learn and have fun together. Judy's Family Childcare provides deliciously nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day. Physical activities are always on the menu, as well. She's an inspiration to my girls, and to me. Ms. Judy has been a home away from home for my three daughters. I highly recommend Judy's Family Childcare to anyone who is searching for that one of kind, positive experience for their family and children.

Judy Koss has been my family's daycare provider for 2+ years. I have 2 sons in her program. They started when they were 15 months and 3 years. Both children LOVE Ms. Judy and so do my husband and I. She is patient, kind and has a magial ability to tap into each individual childs unique way to learn. While Ms. Judy follows a schedule and curriculum, she also does a lot of hands-on learning and exploring. They go to the park and museums and interact in public places. Ms. Judy has taught my children many things but she has also enhanced my children's self-esteem and manners. Since we moved across country to San Diego, she has become my family's home-away-from-home and I couldn't be more grateful. When I told my 5 year old he needed to start school, he said he would go but not until he was 8 because he wanted to stay with Ms. Judy for as long as possible. I dont blame him, I would want to stay too!

Judy has taken care of my daughter for three years, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. She's not just a daycare provider, she's "Mama Judy." With Judy, I know that my child is not just sitting on a couch, watching television. I know that she's at the park, or the zoo, or a museum, or in the backyard doing science experiments. I know that she's with someone who genuinely loves taking care of her, who isn't just punching the clock or staring at her phone all day. Judy comes out the door to hug our kids every morning, can't wait for them to wake up from naps so she can play with them again, and works incredibly hard to teach them not just letters and numbers but kindness and gentleness and self-respect. If you are looking for strict order and rigid schedules and everything neat-as-a-pin, Judy isn't a good match for you. But if you want your kid to come home dirty and happy and really loved at the end of the day, you've found the right place.
