We cannot say enough nice things about Elham and her family, because she has been a loving, patient, and kind teacher and caretaker of our child for the past four years. She truly loves all her kids and treats them like family! Not only do we know our son is well taken care of in a clean, safe home with a fun yard to play in, Elham is a great teacher and uses a preschool curriculum to teach all the basics in shapes, colors, letters, numbers, and writing starting at an early age. Our son never attended a typical pre-school, but starting school in the fall we know he is well prepared knowing alphabet and numbers, drawing shapes and letters, and even started getting into the basic math problems she teaches.

It's such a great environment for learning and fun for kids of all ages - from mere months old our kid was consistently around a diverse group of babies and kids of all ages, which has helped him be very gentle with babies as he got older along with learning to be a good friend with kids his own age. We could not have asked for a better daycare for all these years, not to mention her rates are super reasonable for the area and she is always flexible and understanding for those times you need a bit earlier or later. We'll miss Elham when we have to leave, but glad another child will get to make a new friend and teacher!

Looking for a safe, enriching caregiving option for our 5-month-old (at the time) son was a daunting task for us as new parents. We would go back and forth between individual in-home care, larger daycare centers, and everywhere in between. A stressful experience often filled with apprehension and self-doubt that many parents can relate to. Our deadline was approaching, and after interviewing many providers we were still not 100% confident in the options available to us. Then we came upon Elham Daycare and made an appointment to meet Elham in her home. We could not be happier that we did. Immediately after meeting Elham the apprehension and doubt that characterized our search to that point were gone. Elham is one of the most kind-hearted people you can hope to meet, and we trust her without reservation. She truly does treat our child and all children under her care as her own, and this is obvious in the way our son's eyes light up every day when he sees her. We could not have hoped to find a better person to care for him.

We entrusted our little boy Axel to Elham, from the moment we arrived until he entered Preschool and we have always been delighted with this choice!
Elham is extremely gentle with the children, while teaching them to have a framework. We are both teachers too and the activities she offers have always been very interesting and of an excellent level. The activities are always adapted to the child's level and have always allowed him to progress and go further while having fun. You can tell right away that teaching is her real job and that she has the skills and diplomas to do it.
Axel has always eaten very well with Elham, all meals are home cooked and the products are very varied and healthy. She develops a taste for variety in our children.
Axel always went to daycare with enthusiasm and asked every morning if we were going to take him to school. The work done in class is regularly brought home and it is a pleasure to hang it on the wall because of the quality of the work.
At two and a half years old, Axel knew his alphabet, knows how to count, knows many songs, is able to concentrate on an activity, loves puzzles and this is thanks to Elham.
What we also liked about Elham is the spaces: a "Classroom" space, an outdoor recreation space (with toys, sandbox, trampoline, slide structure ...), an indoor recreation space in case of bad weather, all on the first floor, and the children go upstairs to eat and nap in the house, which allows them to have an airy and varied environment.
Her two boys and her husband, whom we also meet from time to time, are very friendly and demonstrate the balance of this family daycare.
Julia who helps Elham is also very sweet with the children and Axel likes her a lot.
We couldn't have found a better place for our son and can only recommend Elham daycare 3000%!

We are so thankful to have found Elham when we were looking for childcare for our 6 month old daughter. From the moment Elham opened her door & greeted us I knew this was going to be the perfect place for our daughter.

Being new parents she helped ease our nerves & welcomed our questions with such warmth & understanding. She provides a nurturing environment where the kids are safe & happy.

I looked at many other daycares where their schedules were rigid but Elham meets each child's needs. She provides a flexible schedule since kids at different ages have different eating/sleeping needs. She was also very accommodating working with my schedule when I was a teacher.

Each afternoon we get a detailed report of feedings, nap(s), diaper changes & overall mood along with a picture or two. If our daughter's mood is ever "off" she always knows what's going on before we do such as a new tooth or constipation.

We are so lucky to have found Elham. We know every day when we drop off our daughter that she is loved & cared for. It feels like we are leaving her with family. I will continue to send our daughter to Elham (& any future children) for as long as possible.

We are so lucky to have found Elham. Before I became and elementary school teacher, I was director for a big preschool and afterschool and opened up new sites in the East Bay. Because of this, I know there are tons of requirements and was very picky in looking for a care provider for my daughter. We looked at so many different daycares, interviewed nannies, etc, but the second I walked into Elham's home, I knew this was it. We sat down in her living room and my husband was listening to her explain her care philosophy, but as I looked around, I knew this was the place for my daughter.

Elham provides everything you are looking for - a safe, nurturing environment where kids are happy and can play with others. What sets her apart is she really meets the need of every kid while at the same time, putting the kids on a routine of napping, eating, and playing. Since I am a teacher, sometimes I pick her up at 3:00 or 4:00 or 5:00 so it can be random. Since I don't always pick her up during the pick-up time, I get to see my daughter outside playing with other kids, eating, and always having a good time.

Elham always gives me a detailed report of diaper changes, overall mood, and how much she ate. She is very experienced so she can usually predict what's going on (I think she is growing a tooth. She cried a lot today, I think she is constipated) and she's always right.

Our daughter started coming to Elham since she was 3 months old and now she is 13 months old. She will continue going as long as possible.

The one thing that makes Elham the best and the reason I knew we wanted our daughter in her care, was that our daughter feels LOVED. Elham truly loves each and every child and our daughter is incredibly happy there. I'm pretty sure she would rather stay with Elham than go home with me sometimes!!

We are so lucky to have Elham. I always feel like we have a family member taking care of our daughter. She is truly the best home away from home!

Our son started going to Elham's at 10 months. We saw different daycares but Elham gave us the quick confidence and comfort that our baby is in great hands. At that age, bonding and trust was very important and Elham quickly earned our son's love and trust. We could really see the difference when we dropped him off at her place. He had trouble sleeping on his own and was just transitioning to eating solids and Elham brought him into a schedule just within a few weeks. Elham is great with kids and cares for them deeply. He still eats much better with her than us! :-)

Our son has been with Elham's daycare for close to 2 years. When he started daycare, he was pretty challenging. He would constantly not drink milk from the bottle and had trouble taking long naps. Within the second week of daycare, he started taking better naps and that habit continues till today, he naps about 2 - 3 hours and he is well rested and active for the evening. He always eats well for her and finishes his food and milk, whereas at home his eating pattern varies a lot. He is always excited to go to daycare and meet his friends and when we pick him up, he is always in a good mood. He works on ABCs, numbers, colors, shapes and songs at the daycare and its wonderful to see him imitate Elham going over ABCs and numbers. Elham is pretty accommodating and understanding when you are running late by a few minutes. The thing that I like the most is end of the day I get to hear what about all that happened in the daycare and I feel we have developed a good relationship over the past years. Our son is going to start pre-school soon and we will really miss going over to Elham's.

When our twins were born 2 years ago, we were really torn on whether to go with a nanny or a larger daycare environment and, in fact, hadn't really entertained the idea of an in-home provider. That's before we visited Elham Daycare.

Elham has taken care of my kids since they were 3 months old. Her home is clean and safe, but, just as important, she is kind and warm and loving and an amazing care provider. It was a great balance for us as our children were able to learn to socialize with a few other kids, while at the same time getting tons of attention.

She has been extremely flexible with our ever-changing schedules, often opening up an hour early to accommodate my commute. She is almost always open, which is so important for working parents!

We are moving on to a preschool environment as the kids are older now, but Elham was perfect for our infant and early toddler needs. I honestly can't recommend her highly enough!

I absolutely adore Elham! I took my 3 month old son to her for our first daycare experience and she is amazing. She always answers the door with a smile and gives a nice, detailed summary of his day (#of diapers, how often he fed, how he did for the day etc). I never feel worried when I leave him with her. I always pick up a content little man. She never asked me to write anything, which made me feel even more compelled to sing her praises. We had our daughter go to Elham daycare for more than 2 years before she started preschool. Elham took care of her since she was a baby up until she was 3 years old. Mayssa loved her so much that she was like a second mom to her.

We LOVE Elham! She was recommended to me by a family friend and I am so thankful we found her! I had to go back to work when my baby was only 4 months old, and I couldn't have asked for a better place for him to go! Every time she opens the door in the morning, he smiles SO big! He seems so happy there, and she really does care for him like her own. The other children always seem happy and she is really open to doing things the way you ask. When my baby is ever sick, she texts me even when he is not there to see how he is doing and truly cares for him. I would highly recommend her to everyone!!! She is flexible, and you know leaving your baby there with her that they are extremely well taken care of and loved like you would!!!

Elham Daycare is the BEST. My daughter has been going to Elham's since she was 2 months old. She is now 2.5 and loves everyday she gets to spend with Elham. Elham loves every child in her care as her own and, for our daughter has become an extension of her own family - a true gift indeed. The small, in home environment has allowed our girl to blossom and make great friends while still getting the personal attention she needs at this age.

Elham Daycare was wonderful for my daughter, she went part time to full time for a couple years when she was a toddler. Elham is such a warm and loving woman, always watching the kids so carefully. I felt so comfortable leaving my daughter with her, she got excellent care.

Elham's Daycare was my son's first experience outside of our home and amongst his peers. And honestly speaking, my wife and I could not have picked a more wonderful day care for our son. We had interviewed many different providers, but in meeting Elham we knew that she would be the perfect match for us. In addition to her deep understanding of children and vast experience, she has a safe, super clean and comforting environment for the kids. We truly felt like she loves our son as if he were her own. Elham is incredibly organized and trustworthy. She is very flexible and was always very mindful of any instructions that we had for our son. Our son has been a picky eater always but with her he ate better than at home..so thank you Elham for putting that extra effort for us!! All the children in her day care are exposed to great educational activities and plenty of playtime. Our son was so happy there, that at times, he won't leave by end of the day and I had to force pick him and put in the car. Elham really did provide a "home away from home" environment that our son loved and thrived within. She is top notch!!

Elham is the BEST of THE best!!! My son has been taken care of by her since he was 5 months old and is now 2.5yrs old. I have nothing negative to say about her at all. My son went 3 days a week, if I needed an extra day, no problem! If I needed to drop him off before 8am, no problem! That's how flexible and reliable she is with us working moms. She is my son's second mom for sure! We are so sad to leave her next month since my son will be attending private preschool. My son always comes home clean, well fed and tired because he had so much fun playing/learning with her and the other kids! I trust her 1000%!

I LOVED my son being with Elham. He was there from 4 months to 4 years old. I couldn't ask for a more clean, caring, attentive, happy environment to bring my son to every day. Also, the neighborhood that she lives in is beautiful. Braden is 6 years old and still says it's sad we don't see Elham anymore. If anyone I know is ever looking for daycare, I always give out her number. Sadly, we had to switch to an afternoon school in Morgan Hill. All the parents that brought their kids while Braden was there all felt the same way. Miss you Elham!

I high recommend Elham Daycare! My son is a former client who started going to Elham's at 14 weeks old. He went until he was 1 and then we moved away, sadly. I can't say enough good things about Elham! Right from the start it was clear Elham loved my son just like her own. She is so energetic, patient, friendly, and nurturing with the children she cares for in her home. She provides excellent care for every child. It's been over a year and I still miss her and regret that my son cannot continue to go there.
