I am a motivated Certified Nursing Assistant with 3 yrs plus of hands-on training and experience working in a Hospital setting with a large variety of patients. I feel confident that my background and strong bedside manner and skill providing high quality care makes me an Ideal match for the position. I have worked extensively with adults and geriatric patients with different needs, providing and documenting all personal care and rehabilitation services such as feeding, bathing, and assisting with mobility. My focus and safety and nurturing nature allows me to help boost the patient morale and help them maintain dignity in times of distress. I have worked for 3 yrs at Stanford Hospital. In summary, I feel that I am a strong candidate for the job and firmly believe I have the knowledge and experience that you are looking for. I would welcome the chance to speak with you about my background and about the position. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

Irma is wonderful! Very skilled and so warm and caring with my mom who is not always easy :) She is able to bring my mom out of her shell with positive encouragement and the trust she has earned. Irma has been flexible in scheduling to help us meet our needs and coordinate with our other caregivers. She is also great at communicating with me about concerns, suggestions and updates. We are so lucky to have found her!

Personal Family Assistant

While raising my own two beautiful daughters,(now 23 and 20) tending to a large home, managing my family and all the responsibilities; I taught preschool and pre-k over a 10 year period - most recently in the Jr.-K rooms at Church. I have also worked for LGSD for a few years filling in as a teachers aid for 2nd grade. I have over 30 units of ECD courses and received my ECD Teaching Certification from DeAnza College. Currently I'm finishing up my BS Degree in Psychology at William Jessup University. Most importantly is my hands on experience being a loving mom, behavior specialist, manager of a home, homework helper, snack maker, errand runner, housekeeper, driver, chef, organizer, scheduler, and nurse. Being a mom and now Personal Family Assistant is one of my greatest joys. If you need a Nanny, Caregiver, or Personal Family Assistant please contact me. I'd love to help you and your family out.

Cheryl has been an absolute blessing for our family! We have a standing appointment for Cheryl to watch our one year old daughter twice per week and Cheryl also assists with date nights and miscellaneous appointments. She has watched V. since she was six months old and does everything from changing diapers and snuggling to reading, playing, learning, feeding, and rocking to sleep. Additionally, Cheryl performs light housework while our daughter naps; we always come home to a shiny kitchen, tidied nursery and living room, and folded laundry. Cheryl's personality is calm, kind, and comforting. She celebrates our daughter's accomplishments and recommends ways to help with her sickness or discomfort without being bossy or condescending. She thinks on her feet and we often learn new ways to help V. grow from Cheryl. She is a genuine person; she's flexible and a positive communicator. We're very comfortable leaving our daughter with Cheryl. V. is sad when Cheryl leaves!

Experienced Nanny And Personal Assistant

I have been a Nanny for over 6 years now. I have worked with many families all across the Bay Area! With my love for children, my extensive college background, my experience and personal drive, I have been able to learn and grow in so many ways and it has benefited the families I have worked for. I only want to improve and grow and I know I will continue to help nurture many more children who need the best Nanny.

She's fantastic with the kids, very engaging, always interacting, teaching, etc. she's very energetic, bubbly and happy which is nice for a growing and developing child. Tiffany is very patient and always approaches situations in a positive manner. She's great with infants, but truly excels with kids 9 months and older in my opinion. It's like I have my very own 1:1 Preschool. She'll teach my son constantly whether it be letters, numbers, objects, colors, etc. He's got great manners! He says please, thank you, you're welcome all the time. She is punctual, however has had to call in sick. (We all get sick, especially around kids). She'll text us if she's even 5 mins late. Will let us know in advance if she's too sick to come in. She won't just call the morning of and leave us stranded. She's great at notifying us of any issue and will let us decide if it is of significance, for example rashes, spit up, vomiting, loose stool, temp, etc. She'll forever be part of our family.
