Shanique has been a tremendously helpful for our family. Our kids (age 3 and 6 years) love Shanique. She plays with them and comes up with interesting things to do: Taking them out on a neighborhood walk to explore insects, doing science experiments, etc. She is incredibly patient and manages to deal effectively with tantrums by meeting the child at their emotional level and showing understanding. Our younger one has made huge progress in his language development thanks to Shanique. We shared our home with Shanique and she helped a great deal with the housework.
