This is an update to my review originally posted in 4/2018. I continue to trust Diana with caring for my 86 year-old mother with her colostomy needs. The colostomy is not very straightforward, yet this has never been a problem for Diana, given her medical knowledge and experience. As a doctor myself, I am very particular about my mother's care. Diana continues to be incredibly trustworthy, reliable and dependable. She has never been late or absent. My mother and her daily caregivers really like her. Diana is a great communicator, replying to my texts immediately. It is such a relief to have found Diana, whom I can trust and rely on.

Personal Family Assistant

While raising my own two beautiful daughters,(now 23 and 20) tending to a large home, managing my family and all the responsibilities; I taught preschool and pre-k over a 10 year period - most recently in the Jr.-K rooms at Church. I have also worked for LGSD for a few years filling in as a teachers aid for 2nd grade. I have over 30 units of ECD courses and received my ECD Teaching Certification from DeAnza College. Currently I'm finishing up my BS Degree in Psychology at William Jessup University. Most importantly is my hands on experience being a loving mom, behavior specialist, manager of a home, homework helper, snack maker, errand runner, housekeeper, driver, chef, organizer, scheduler, and nurse. Being a mom and now Personal Family Assistant is one of my greatest joys. If you need a Nanny, Caregiver, or Personal Family Assistant please contact me. I'd love to help you and your family out.

Cheryl has been an absolute blessing for our family! We have a standing appointment for Cheryl to watch our one year old daughter twice per week and Cheryl also assists with date nights and miscellaneous appointments. She has watched V. since she was six months old and does everything from changing diapers and snuggling to reading, playing, learning, feeding, and rocking to sleep. Additionally, Cheryl performs light housework while our daughter naps; we always come home to a shiny kitchen, tidied nursery and living room, and folded laundry. Cheryl's personality is calm, kind, and comforting. She celebrates our daughter's accomplishments and recommends ways to help with her sickness or discomfort without being bossy or condescending. She thinks on her feet and we often learn new ways to help V. grow from Cheryl. She is a genuine person; she's flexible and a positive communicator. We're very comfortable leaving our daughter with Cheryl. V. is sad when Cheryl leaves!
