the main daycare manager in the office wouldnt release my own son to me when i showed her my ID i needed to call the police on her. As she was flaying her arms everywhere she called me ignorant and stupid in front of my children. She also refused to listen to her when I told her we cll our son by Noah and she kept telling the police I didnt know my own sons name. I was about to go home and get his birth certificate. it was a horrendous experience .. thwy didnt mind cashing the 800.00 dollar check I wrote to them for the year though.. went to channel 10 with this they are setting up an interview. I also had to call dcyf.

The staff is not well trained. Numerous employees are always texting on their phones. I have even heard employees yelling at children.
