Koala Kids Child Care

818 County St, Seekonk, MA

Starting at $200/wk

Hello, my name is Kristine and I am the owner of Koala Kids Child Care. I am First-Aid & CPR certified, fingerprinted and CORI. Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. We are open year round from 7:30 to 5:00. The child care is located in a separate area of the home. I have lived in Seekonk for 24 years. I hold Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and have 24 + years experience in the child care field. I am a 47 year old mother of four wonderful children. I started this Child Care because I enjoy my job and I take my job very seriously and offer the best possible care that I can provide. I spend many of my off time hours preparing, so that your child will have an exciting and fun learning experience each day. I also attend many classes on an ongoing basis in order to constantly improve my knowledge and skills.I am a professional Day Care provider with a loving passion for my work which shines through in my program for the children. It is my wish to provide a place for your child to learn and grow that allows you to have peace of mind while you have to be away.

Our child care is a combination of child care and preschool which gives the children the advantages of being in a smaller setting while gaining skills that they will need when they begin their Kindergarten year. We have all the space and amenities of a center based program, but we have the benefits of a small class size. Having children in the same setting and with the same teacher year after year until Kindergarten also provides children with a sense of security, consistency, and trust making it a more comfortable learning environment for your child.

Koala Child Care was the perfect setting to introduce our son to a childcare setting. Miss Kristine took amazing care of our son starting at just four months old when my husband and I worked full time. The facility is clean and organized, and all of the children were happy and playful at drop off/pick up. Miss Kristine does many fun activities with the children and found ways to include our son even as an infant. We miss her very much and cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a warm, home daycare setting. I cannot think of a better environment to start our son's childcare experience!
