There are NO cameras. My child is NO angel. He was going since January. He does have temper tantrums but what 3 year old doesnt? At the beginning it was nice. The staff was nice. Everything seemed to be going good. Then I started to get told my child is having bad behavioral problems. The Owner was real adamant about us signing papers for this behavioral services to come observe our child, as they were saying he was having bad behavioral problems. We finally signed the papers and the lady from those services were very nice and helpful. She observed our child 3 different times and one time being 2 hours long and not once did she notice any behaviors. She recommended different techniques for the center to try. BUT that's when the lady from the behavioral services contacted us to tell us that the Owner still wanted to disenroll our child. And she was SHOCKED. She ended up calling us and informing us and when we told her we pulled him out, she said we did the BEST thing for our child. NOT ONCE did anyone from the facility talk to us about disenrolling our child. I had even spoke to the owner 3 days prior to getting this news. Once we went to get our childs belongings the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE and SNOBBY with us. Closed the door on us. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY do NOT RECOMMEND this facility.

Can't be happier with how our almost 3 year old is progressing already after only 2 weeks! The environment is clean and safe, we get updates almost hourly on our son thru the Brightwheel app! Very happy about sending our son to Carnation!!

So far they have been very responsive and answered all of my questions! They're learning based which is awesome and they have extended hours. Plus they're decently priced. She has a lot of experience too
