Hi! We are looking for a reliable full-time caregiver for 2 boys in Florham Park. Hours 7:30 to 3:30 M-F with some flexibility. You would be taking care of our 3 yo son full time (food allergies) and our 10 yo son with special needs (Developmental Delays, Autism, Epilepsy) when he is not in school. Divorced dad with two sons ages 9 and 11. I have them Tuesdays and Thursdays. I need someone that can pick them up from school, and drive them to sports and other activities. I have a cleaning person for the heavy cleaning and laundry, but would need some light house work and laundry done on those days. Dinner preparation. Some grocery shopping and errands for the house. They typically do not need help with homework and have no special needs. They are well behaved, easy kids. They go to school where their mom lives, which is very close to my house. I am an involved Dad with an erratic schedule that needs a reliable and pleasant person to help me with my sons.

The right person is reliable, honest, dependable and fun. You will be able to assist a gentle, easy going 35 yo guy with all of his social and daily schedules. That includes apartment maintenance, personal care and transporting to/ from social activities and enjoying being a participant. It's rewarding to assist this special guy navigate through life. Hours are somewhat flexible and are meant to be split among 2-4 people. The pay is also within the scope of experience and offer health benefits for a long term full timer. Job begins Jan. 2021.
