In search of either a part-time or full-time afternoon/weekend nanny for our three children ages 6, 4 and 10 months. We live in Ashland City, and part of the job would be picking kids up from day care in Nashville and bringing them home (a 40 minute drive). Minimum hours would be 2:00 - 7:00, Monday-Friday. We could accommodate up to 35-40 hours/week total if you're willing to perform some household management tasks (errands, laundry etc.). Pay is expected to be between $20-25/hour depending on experience and schedule. Start date is flexible, but as soon as possible for the right candidate. Please note that our 4-year-old has several special needs (including a feeding tube and wheelchair) that require someone with a high level of patience, love, and professionalism as well as the ability to lift him (about 40 pounds) on a regular basis.

Please note that our 3-year-old has several special needs that require someone with a high level of patience, love, and professionalism as well as the ability to lift him (about 40 pounds) on a regular basis.

Responsibilities include regularly driving the kids to and from Nashville, part-day or full-day child care (depending on the needs), and light housework/meal prep tasks during any hours you're not caring for children. Children are 2 1/2 and 4 1/2. 2 1/2-year-old has many special needs including cerebral palsy and extreme developmental delays, and is fed via a feeding tube. We can teach any special skills required to care for him, but the right person will be comfortable being responsible for the care of a medically fragile child. Guaranteed 30 hours/week, with schedule to be set weekly based on childcare needs. Expect to work 12-6 M-F, with some potential shifting if morning childcare is needed (and availability permits).
