Part Time
Our son is 7 years old and is on the autism spectrum. He is not verbal to the level of a typical 7-year-old but he is able to communicate verbally and understand spoken language. We are currently looking for part-time help (perhaps 6 hours per day for 3 days per week) with his home schooling and home-based autism treatment program. Initially, it will likely take some time for our son to become comfortable with his new caregiver, so initially my wife may need some help around the house or with errands as the new relationship develops. Also, a period time will be required to teach the caregiver on the principles of the program. We live on 10 acres and have chickens and a dog and our son loves to spend time out of doors discovering nature.
