Not Smarter Than A 5th Grader
I can help your child do simple reading, writing and arithmetic, but, if you want help with algebra or trigonometry or writing essays, you probably need someone else. Hope you have a good sense of humor. I have a college degree but don't plan on using it any time soon!

Full Time Nanny (Licensed Teacher)
I am a licensed teacher and mother of two (a 4 yr old & 4 month old). I am experienced with all ages from 1st grade through 12th. I also nannied an infant for a year, beginning when he was 3 months (I can provide reference for this in addition to teaching references). I worked for a school district this past year as a Spanish teacher, and my husband currently works for a School District. We have a nice, clean, home and we are not smokers nor do we have any pets. I would love to spend the year at home nurturing our little ones just a bit longer before embarking on public daycare. I speak a few languages (Spanish, Italian, and some Albanian) and would love to introduce your child to any of these, if you like. There are many details that I am flexible on (like what to provide for meals, drop-off and pick-up times, etc.) I have a lot of energy, love, and patience. I am best known for making my students feel cared for, respected, and nurtured. I believe that all children are individual, organic beings and should be encouraged to explore and grow through free-play, reading (or being read to), make-believe and costumes, cooking, outdoor exploration, exercise, art, and crafts!

Part Time Child Caregiver Avaliable, Public School Times
I started working in a daycare out of high school and then transitioned to nannying when I had my first child. I have watched children from three seperate families, ranging in age from 18 months to 13 years. I have watched a total of four children at a time and have prepared meals, conducted study time, clean up, outside/inside play, errands, light housework associated with the children. I remain close with those families still. I am the cub scout leader for my son's pack, and I teach in our church's primary sunday school program.

Energetic, Fun And Honest Nanny
I began occasional babysitting at the age of 14, 12 years ago. Since then, I have been providing families with exceptional child care. During my time with the child/children, I always ensure that my services are professional yet fun, nurturing yet stimulating. I love challenging children in a sense; to learn more (through reading and or observation, depending on the age), to stay active (I encourage outdoor play), and to share and cooperate. About four years ago, I began nannying full-time for a family with two children (ages 13 months and 4 years old). With the children, I would play games of all sorts, color, draw, foster their imaginations through creative and imaginary play, teach them new words or assist with the alphabet. As for the household as a whole, I also took care of many chores, such as cleaning, vacuuming (occasionally), laundry, dishes, sweeping and mopping and light meal preparation. Although I became very close with the family, I left because my husband is stationed (military) here in Washington and it was time for us to begin our married lives together. If you are seeking a babysitter/nanny that will care for, love and interact full-time with your child, I am your girl! I am genuinely honest, dependable (never calls out and is always on time), well versed with children of all ages, and fun to be around.

I teach calligraphy, cursive writing, which includes teaching fundamental reading and writing in home or on location. Anything is possible if you put your heart into it. I believe with compassion, understanding, and kindness, you can teach anything. You just have to understand others feelings and needs. Tutor Readily Available To Your Disposal
Hi! My name is Ashley and I would love to tutor! I have a lot of experience with individual one on one teaching. I've worked at the YMCA for almost a year and in that time I taught kids how to swim. I have done three private lessons, and have been doing such continuously for almost 5 months. The kids have outgrown their fear of the water, to never wanting to get out of the water. I am lifeguard certified, and am still in high school, so academic tutoring is pretty easy for me. If you have a child who struggles in math, well math is my favorite subject, or English. Do not be afraid to reach me at any point during the day.

Learning Made Fun Is Learning For Life
I love helping people succeed. I used to work for a leading math and reading tutoring agency, and really enjoyed helping people excel. I use library resources in conjunction with students textbooks to enable them to recall and retain the information that they need to succeed. Learning made fun is learning for life.

Summer Care And Tutoring
I am a National Board Certified teacher. I have been teaching for the past 11 years. The past three years, I have been working as a reading and math specialist for grades kindergarten to 5th grade. This summer, I have decided not to teach summer school so I can plan a fun and educational summer for my two daughters. I would love to have some other children in need of summer care join us. My plan is to have weekly swimming trips to the local pool and trips to the park. I can also tutor/teach the children in my care as to avoid the "summer slide."
