Dear Families,
My name is Carla and I am a state licensed EEC childcare provider. I am CPR certified and have first aid training skills. I have had background checks as part of my licensing requirement. I keep current on all required course work and learning workshops provided by the state. I worked at a private preschool for 1 year before deciding to venture into family home childcare. I also am licensed as an EEC preschool teacher.
Although I am licensed for 6 children, I prefer 2 or 3 at a time. I cared for a set of twins for 1 1/2 years and love it. They left for a preschool spot at 2.9 years. They are very much still a part of my family. I then cared for a 3 year old toddler and newborn that were from the neighborhood. Grandparents retired and wanted to look after them. Now, I am currently caring for a 9 month old. I would love to work with 1 other family that has 1 or 2 children.
I offer a great little program and a loving home environment. I have recommendations from previous parents and the director of the school. My daily routine consists of story time, music and movement, circle time, outdoor playtime and activities (40 x 40 fenced in space), arts & crafts and nap time. I love children and feel caring for them is the most important job you can have.
Please contact me at my email carlagill64@aol.com or my cell#617-512-7041 with any questions you have. I would love for you to visit my home. I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you,
Carla
