I am currently only available part-time on weekends. Starting rate is $30/hr. I have several years of experience as a property/house manager and personal assistant to various families. Some of my duties included maintaining personal and family agendas; running errands; hiring, training and managing staff; ensuring that the home runs smoothly at all times; scheduling contractors, organizing dinners, parties, galas, and various events: as well as bookkeeping and payroll. I am a natural caretaker; adaptable, flexible, and have the ability to multitask. Excellent problem solver, have emotional maturity, good communication skills, and am fun to be around with. Am fast, efficient, organized & creative. Have great judgment skills, planning and organizing skills, high-stress tolerance and energy level. Once I get to know my boss well, I have the ability to anticipate their needs and take care of them before being asked.
