From 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. It would be great if you could also be available other times to take shifts when we need coverage. The job would include light cooking, running errands if needed, laundry, cleaning, medication prompting and assisting in morning and afternoon routines (bathing, dressing, wound care, hygiene etc). Looking for someone with an easy-going personality (who can also be assertive when necessary) that will take initiative to do things around the house. He is a fall risk, so we also need someone who is attentive and responsible. Experience with elderly men would be helpful, but not necessary. Must have references before interview.

About who needs care: She was hospitalized for 8 days with diverticulitis. She came home for 3 days and is very weak. About the care needs: She is 80. She responds best to a positive nurturing person who is knowledgeable about her complex medical history. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, medication prompting, mobility assistance, and help staying physically active. Preference for a caregiver who is female.

Hi- I'm looking for a mommy helper who can come a few times a week to help me keep up with my daily tasks for 2-3 hours a day- and maybe longer if need be. I'm totally flexible on days just need consistency. What would my ideal helper help me with?? I would love for the person to come and help pick up the kids toys make their beds- pick up clothes on floor - fold clean laundry and put it away. Straighten up clothes in drawers. Empty and load dishwasher if need be and sweep the floors. I need an extra person to help me!!! I need to keep up so that my home stays neat and organized. Occasionally drive or pick up my child to their sports and maybe help with dinner/bedtime routine. Help unload groceries if I come home with them etc!
