My name is Lauren and I'm just starting to look for a replacement for our current nanny. She is pregnant with her second child and not planning to return to work after her daughter is born in March. We've worked with our nanny / household manager for 5 years. We are looking for someone who wants to establish a long term situation. My girls are good kids, very strong and independent students, and into lots of activities. So our house is always busy. But happy and fun. We need help with meal prep, errands, getting kids to and from activities, laundry, keeping things tidy, and just helping to manage the kids and house daily tasks.
