Part Time
Our Aussiedoodle puppy will be about 1. 5 years old by the time we'll need a nanny. She's mostly calm in the middle of the day, but might need a potty break and a chance to run around our fenced in backyard then. I hope to take the full 12 weeks off after our first child is born, but then I'll need to continue my full-time job immediately after. There's promise of the ability to work from home but no guarantee, so we'll see. Even if I can work remote full-time, I know it'll still be quite demanding so I'm going to want some extra support to focus in the middle of the day in my home office, wishing I could be in two places at once even from the room next door. It breaks my heart to have to spend a second away from our daughter, but this will be the best compromise to give her the best care and most love we can.
