Looking for someone who is detail oriented and can perform deep cleaning on bathrooms, kitchen, floors. I do not need any assistance with things like laundry, making beds, or dishes. I would like someone who is flexible with changing needs of what needs to be cleaned during each visit.

Our home is a colonial home with 3 floors including a finished half basement. No attic. We have a backyard and a deck. It is not too big and is cozy and homey. There are three people in the house: my husband, my dad, and myself. I work from home and even though I am mostly home, I am tied up with work. Two shy cats that warm up to be very sweet and affectionate. We like to keep our home comfortably neat and need help with up keeping of the house. The responsibilities range from deep cleaning to maintenance, running errands, grocery shopping and some help with our cats. The applicant must like cats (animals in general). Basically the person will function as a housekeeper and personal assistant. We are looking for someone who is proactive, honest, and reliable. Needs to have a car (park in the driveway).

We have a 3-year-old and 11-month-old baby girls who are in daycare during the day from 7:45AM-5:00 p.m. while we both work from home. We also have 3 small dachshunds that are friendly & playful. We have a 3rd baby on the way due in May, but are struggling to keep up with laundry, cleaning, & barely find the time to cook meals as we both work full time & sometimes extended hours into the evening. We're looking for some help to keep up with life. Even if it's just prepping some easy meals to toss in the oven or crockpot, we need any help we can get. We're looking for general house cleaning especially the million barbies our 3 y. o. leaves everywhere, laundry please, & light cooking or even just preparation help with it. We have a 3 BR townhouse with wood floors or tile throughout. The only carpet is on the stairs, and in the 2 girls bedrooms.
