Hello! My name is Ashley, and I am a 20-year-old college student. I am a junior and am majoring in liberal studies in early and elementary education. I absolutely love working and playing with kids, as I have great experience and developed a passion and communication skills from being a teachers assistant and a tutor for the past six summers. I'm willing to do anything whether it's playing with the kids, helping them with their homework, or any tidying up that needs to be done:) I love being active and am also animal friendly. I consider myself to be a dedicated, loving, and positive person that cares a lot about the equal treatment with everyone. As my goal is to either become a day care teacher or an elementary teacher, getting to care and work with young children is right up my ally. I have been and will continue to social distance and take sanitary precautions seriously. I am here for break so I am available full time till the end of January!

We interviewed Ashley for a position and were delighted with her. She was very punctual, respectful, professional, and sweet. My son was sad when she left after the interview and kept asking when she was coming back. We ultimately went with a different applicant because our availability needs didn't completely line up with her availability long term. However, I would definitely hire her (and recommend her) in the future for recurring or episodic care.

Claudia has been a true gift to our family! From the first moment she walked in the door and bent down to talk to my daughter directly, we all knew we were lucky to have her! My daughter has a hard time warming up to new people and she has loved Claudia from that first meeting. Claudia engages warmly with both of our children and really helped my daughter with the transition to having A little brother. We love her so much we had her come while I was on maternity leave so our daughter could have some special one on one attention too! She is always on time, communicates well, makes sure the kids are happy and healthy and loved, and neither of them ever want her to leave! Her warmth and consideration extends to us as parents as well. Additionally- Claudia is fantastically aware of any change in the kids, even if she hadn't seen them in a week or more! Anyone who hires Claudia is exceptionally lucky. Please contact me for any additional questions!

We hired Maria (Fannie) full time for our daughter, age 2 to 7 months. We only did not continue because we had already had an au pair set to arrive. But Fannie still helps us out and it's not just our daughter, but us, who light up when we see her. Fannie is creative, enthusiastic, tireless, and truly loves children. She is never late. We never have to ask for anything twice. She takes initiative with baby laundry, prepping meals, etc. She is observant, calm, shows appropriate concern, and is never fazed. She works on developing skills like reading, talking, rolling, sitting, and crawling rather than just playing. It can be hard to tell an ok nanny from a truly great one until you've been fortunate enough to find a great one and Fannie is it. She genuinely cares for our daughter and does not make this feel like just a job. If we ever needed it, she is the only person we would leave our daughter with for weeks without worry. Your family will be so lucky to have Fannie in your lives.
