A townhouse in old town. There's two bedrooms, and office, 3. 5 bathrooms and a finished basement. The house is three stories with a basement. Tidying/organizing, laundry, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming/mopping. You can park on the street for free. We have 1 friendly labradoodle.

There's is a cat in the home. Looking for light dusting, bathroom cleaning kitchen cleaning, floors cleaned (bedrooms are carpet and rest is hardwood or tile) and laundry folded and put away.

We are a military family with a 1yr old son living in a 1500sq ft, 2-bedroom 2-full bathroom apartment with an upstairs loft in Alexandria, VA. The bottom floor has wood floors, tile in the kitchen and bathroom, and carpeted stairs/loft. We need help with a one-time cleaning for the apartment once we move out. However, we do not have a set move our date yet, but we anticipate it to be around mid-June/early July 2023. Looking for someone with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail to properly deep clean the apartment to professional standards once my family moves out. This includes the small details like the baseboards, blinds, and etc. We have guest parking available in our covered parking garage and elevator to get to our apartment. We do not have any pets.

Responsibilities include: Laundry (fold and put away) Meal Prep (could include grocery shopping) Cleaning up after dinner Helping with lunches for camp General household maintenance (watering plants, taking trashcans to curb) Running errands (picking dry-cleaning up, UPS returns) Organizing (a number of larger organizing projects are needed) Tidying house (putting dishes away, etc.) This is not a housekeeping position or a childcare position).
