We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Caregiver/CNA to provide in-home health care assistance and support for our mother(77yo, stroke patient survivor)
The ideal match will be dedicated to her well-being and comfort at home. This role will be the primary caregiver and medical contact upon arrival each shift and is expected to perform routine skilled nursing duties and more as needed.
Requirements:
- CPR / first-aid trained, familiar with Rehab & SNF type settings
- Experienced with stroke patients, seniors, dementia, tracheostomy and feeding peg
Responsibilities:
