Yoga Among the Horses
Powered by Viator
Leicester, NC
Yoga at HapBE Valley isn’t just a class—it’s an experience of being. Set in the quiet beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this isn’t a studio with mirrors or walls. It’s open air, wide sky, and the gentle presence of horses nearby. As you move through a mellow, accessible flow, you’re not just stretching your body—you’re settling your nervous system. The horses often share the space in their own way. Sometimes they graze quietly beside you. Sometimes they wander closer, curious and aware. Their presence has a way of bringing you out of your head and into the moment—where breath, body, and awareness meet. Each session is intentionally unhurried. There’s no pressure to perform, no need to “get it right.” It’s about tuning in, softening, and allowing yourself to slow down in a way that’s hard to find in everyday life. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, clear, and more connected—to yourself, to nature, and to something deeper.

Meditation with Horses in Asheville
Powered by Viator
Leicester, NC
This is not a typical meditation class. At HapBE Valley, meditation happens in the presence of horses animals deeply attuned to energy, emotion, and the nervous system. They’re not just part of the setting they’re part of the experience. Horses respond honestly and in real time to what you’re feeling beneath the surface. There’s no performance, no need to “do it right.” As you settle into stillness, many guests notice a shift not because they’re trying harder, but because the environment invites it. Surrounded by open land, mountain air, and the rhythm of the herd, it becomes easier to slow down. Distractions fall away. Your body begins to regulate. Presence happens more naturally. No horse experience is needed, and there is no riding involved. This is about connection within yourself, with nature, and alongside the quiet awareness of the horses. Many describe it as calming, grounding, and unexpectedly insightful something they haven’t experienced anywhere else.

5.0 (619)
Powered by Viator
Crystal River, FL
Crystal River is home to beautiful fresh water springs, a large variety of wildlife, and or course our most famous residents - West Indian Manatees. During the Summer months, the Bay holds approximately 75 to 80 resident manatees. Each winter between 700 and 1000 manatees migrate here seeking out our three first magnitude spring systems, each with a constant temperature of 72° to 74° F (23° C). Even in the warm summer months, Crystal River has a local population of 70-100 manatees that remain here year round. Due to efforts by many local, state and federal entities, our manatee population is thriving. We feel that an in-water swim experience is an important part of this education and conservation effort. Our team of highly trained in-water guides ensure your experience with this cherished and threatened species is handled with the utmost care and respect by encouraging passive observation.
