In this exciting crafting class, children will make tropical-inspired crafts featuring flowers, ocean treasures, and Polynesian-inspired designs. The journey gets even more magical with a special visit from Moana, who will sing favorite songs, dance with the children, and inspire everyone to follow their dreams. It’s the perfect experience for little adventurers who love music, creativity, and ocean magic!

Just like that your little one is walking! They might not be steady, but they’ve taken their first few steps! Now more than ever is the time to build those muscles, strengthen those legs, and let those little ones take off! We’ll explore new physical challenges every week through teacher-led activities, with a focus on different ways to use each piece of our equipment. Crawl through tunnels, explore different textures, slide down slides (or climb up slides!), toddle over bridges, or take a ride in a swing!! We’ll also practice social skills and memory building through sing-alongs and group-play.

Explore the world of making your own clay creations! This class will teach you how to create several hand-built clay pieces. Students will be introduced to Kiln firing, and procedures, as well as stages of clay: Wet, Greenware, Bisqueware, and more. Each student will custom glaze each project, and have all pieces fired in our kiln. Many projects are “built upon” each class, so that students experience a variety of mediums and take home several projects. This Middle School Class is perfect for an after school Art Experience. We will complete 1 project each day- so please be on time to class :) Includes all sitting fees, materials and glaze/ studio fees. Yes- You can bring a snack to class & eat before we begin.

Class Description:
This teen art class is designed for teens who are ready to begin exploring their creative potential and how to start developing their own artistic voice. Students will be introduced to, and encouraged to explore, a variety of mediums—including drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking, mixed media, and collage—while receiving personalized guidance from an experienced instructor. Whether they're interested in building their technical skills or discovering thier own unique style, this class offers the freedom to experiment and create at your own pace. New teen students will complete three pre-designed projects with their teacher's guidance to help aid them in learning how to set-up/clean-up supplies and materials, get a feel for what mediums are available, and allow teachers to get a feel for the student's level of skill and art knowledge. What They’ll Learn: Medium Exploration: Gain hands-on experience with a wide range of art forms, including pencil and charcoal drawing, acrylic and watercolor painting, clay sculpture, printmaking, and collage techniques. Project Development: Learn how to conceptualize, plan, and execute your own independent projects. With teacher support, they’ll refine your ideas and bring them to life. Creative Techniques: Develop new skills in various artistic techniques, from layering and texture in mixed media to the technical aspects of ceramics and printmaking. Self-Expression: Find their own voice and style as they experiment with different materials and approaches to art-making. Critique & Feedback: Receive constructive feedback from the instructor and peers in a supportive and open environment to enhance their artistic process and growth. Who This Class Is For: Both new and continuing students. Teens ages 12-17 who are eager to create art more independently but want guidance, structure, and inspiration from a teacher. Students interested in experimenting with different art forms and techniques. Young artists who want to develop their skills and explore personal projects.

This is a time to come explore the studio and socialize with one another at your own pace. It's a really great time to meet other families in the neighborhood and create with one another.

For ages 2.5 to 4.5 years old. 3 Hour Drop-Off Camp Tues, Wed, & Thurs, must be purchased per week and includes all 3 days. This will include Art, Music, STEAM, School Prep, and Play! Small groups of 10 children, taught by our experienced kindergarten teacher and an assistant.

The house will be rocking with music playing throughout the day and a level of energy that will only be outdone by the amount of FUN being had!! Best of all, the unpredictable weather will never be a factor because we have an awesome indoor space, covered in state-of-the-art field turf!! Students will bring classic stories to life through creative movement, voice, and character work. Along the way, they’ll build confidence, practice teamwork, and discover how to use their bodies and voices to tell stories. Each class is filled with games, storytelling, and hands on acting activities designed for young theatre students.. By the end of the session, students will be ready to share their favorite fairy tales in a fun, low-pressure performance for family and friends!

In Music 3, children will be able to play musical patterns like clapping, patting, tapping or stomping to a beat. Their movements are coordinated and purposeful as we practice matching lyrics to choreographed movements and explore instrumental and improvisational play.

George celebrates his first Halloween.. in typical Curious George fashion! Come along for all of the goofy escapades! Our movie nights include theater games, costumes, a film-related craft, and of course… pizza (and carrot sticks)! Are you ready for a summer filled with adventure, learning, and fun? At Sundial Farmstead, we offer experiences on a real, working farm where children can explore, create, and grow! A Day at Camp: Each day begins with a gathering of singing and readings from a classic book, followed by rotations through farm activities, morning snack, hands-on agriculture or forestry lessons, and creative handicrafts. After lunch, campers will enjoy free play and relaxation before diving back into an afternoon rotation of activities - sports, nature study & science notation journals, and additional farming activities. We wrap up each day with group clean up time. This ensures that kids learn how to maintain a well-ordered environment and leave camp feeling satisfied with their accomplishments!
