Your New York State USA Licensed Hiking Guide will take you on an adventure hike 400 steps down to the Niagara River gorge. We will hike along the old railway trail to the Schoellkopf Power Plant Ruins. The hike features some narrow and rocky trails with great photo opportunities of the Niagara River. When we reach the power plant ruins, you'll have time to explore on your own. This is also the location where the Maid of the Mist docks the boats during the off season. We will take an elevator to the rim of the gorge. From there we will take the Discovery Niagara Shuttle back to our starting point, you can uber to your next destination or walk 1/2 mile on your own to to Niagara Falls. Your guide will help you make the best decision for your group.

After that little hike you well be able to see an up-close view of some Anasazi Ruins. You well get to see a very beautiful view of Monument Valley from a lookout point located on the mesa behind the high school. Not a lot of people know of this place because it is located outside of the Navajo Tribal Park, so if you want to do some extra stuff in Monument Valley, Tear Drop Arch Tour can give you something to do.

This has to be one of the most unique slot canyons in Southern Utah. It has beautiful stripes on the walls of the canyon that make this a photographer's dream. With a 5-mile round trip hike make sure to bring water. It is a short slot canyon but well worth the hike. This canyon can hold a bit of water at times after very heavy rains. Tours are conditional to weather. Being on time is imperative. We are on MST and an hour different than Las Vegas and Arizona. If you are more than 15 late we may have to leave without you.

No matter what the season, hiking in the park is entering another world right on the borders, and through the fabric, of the city. PLEASE NOTE THIS HIKE HAS 900 FT ELEVATION GAIN We offer two departures, both with varied terrain and about 900 ft (300 meter) elevation gain. The classic hike is focused around a Northwest Portland experience, and ends at the International Rose Test Garden (when in season), the Forest Park Experience at 9 a.m. We have limited 1:30 p.m. departures. Once weekly, we offer an afternoon hike that starts at Goose Hollow, through neighborhoods and up into the park (2:30 p.m.). Both pass iconic spots; Japanese Garden, Pittock Mansion, and Witch's Castle; but take a different approach to the forest.
