This tour involve a 2 miles of of hiking. We've had several different fitness levels complete the hike without issues. This is an experience for someone who is interested in enjoying the forest and waterfalls in the morning. The short trip includes ecological as well as cultural interpretation of the natural areas visited. It is a truly beautiful experience to be immersed in a temperate rainforest.

On this yoga and hiking adventure we will meet at a designated location and then guests will follow the guide to the trailhead. We'll then go on a 2-2.5 mile hike meandering through a beautiful desert eco-system, learning about plants and animals of the area along the way from our Wilderness First Responder and Utah Master Naturalist guide. Then, on top of the sticky Navajo Sandstone, we'll find a flat spot for a 1 hour yoga and meditation practice. While doing so, we'll have views of Zion National Park, the Pine Valley Mountains, or gorgeous candy cane stripped cliffs. Finally, the group will walk back. ~3-4 our tour. SELF-GUIDED AUDIO TOUR: (Activation Code included in Ticket) Amble along the cliffs overlooking the Potomac River, taking in thundering waterfalls, exciting rock climbing excursions, and the region’s most perilous kayaking spots. On this self-guided audio tour, you’ll have an opportunity to explore a few hidden gems found on the Great Falls Park trails. I’ll also show you one of my favorite, wilder paths at the national park - all guided step-by-step through GPS. You’ll see that there’s much more to Great Falls than its viewing platforms. You'll see areas tourists don't know about, including views of hidden waterfalls, the region's best rock climbing and rappelling spots, and a route along the canal and through an abandoned colonial-era city. There are also several opportunities to go off-trail to get up-close with the rapids at the falls. This tour can take up to two hours and, while it’s not especially strenuous, it’s plenty exciting!
