This flavorful week is designed for curious Lil' Chefs to explore French, Italian, and Asian cuisines, and to learn how to sauté, simmer, and season like pros. They’ll also practice foundational baking skills while creating sweet desserts and kid‑favorite recipes. It’s a perfect mix of global cooking and hands‑on kitchen confidence. Our camps are organized into 3 age groups, so all chefs team up with their peers. All chefs will get to taste everything that they cook. All recipes will be sent home for later preparation. Do you love animals and making things with your hands? In this one-week needle felting workshop, you’ll turn fluffy wool into adorable animal friends using special felting needles and lots of imagination! You’ll learn the basics of needle felting, including how to shape, layer, and attach wool to build animals step by step. From tiny ears and tails to spots, stripes, and expressions, you’ll add personality and detail to bring your creatures to life. You can create a real animal or invent one of your own! Throughout the week, you’ll practice patience, focus, and craftsmanship while working safely with special tools and plenty of guidance. By the end of the week, you’ll have one or more soft, sculpted animal friends to take home and show off. This workshop is perfect if you enjoy animals, soft materials, and creating small sculptures with big character!

Get ready to jump, cheer, and shine! Our week-long Cheer Camp introduces young athletes to the exciting world of cheerleading through age-appropriate dances, simple stunts, and fun choreographies. Led by coaches with multiple years of competitive cheer experience, campers will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading in a safe, supportive, and energetic environment. By the end of the week, each athlete will master the basics of cheer and perform a complete choreographed cheer dance with stunts that we'll film and send home as a video of their performance. Perfect for beginners and those looking to build confidence, coordination, and teamwork skills! All of the camps come together for lunch, recess breaks, and special events. There are free choice activities in the morning/afternoon including games and crafts. **This camp is for the grades listed in the title only** ***REGISTER BY APRIL 24th to RECEIVE A FREE SUMMER AT SEA CREST T-SHIRT*** Please look out for an email (sent to the email you register with) a week or two prior to the start of camp with more details, including any special days happening that week. Our aftercare at camp runs from 3:00pm-4:00pm the charge is an additional $15 a day, if your child is not picked up by 3:05pm they will automatically be checked into aftercare and we will charge the card on file. Aftercare after a long camp day is definitely a time for decompression and may include board games and/or educational films. We also combine all campers at this time including our JK/TK and Kindergarten camp. All camps will run contingent upon a certain number of campers signing up. If your camp is cancelled, you will be notified at least 30 days prior. We may also combine the 1st and 2nd grade camps with the 3rd-6th grade camps if there is low enrollment. Cancellation Policy: Registrations canceled at least 30 days prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund. Registrations canceled 15-29 days prior to camp will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start of camp will not be refunded. Please wear sunscreen and bring a jacket daily because we never know what coastal weather will bring. Campers are required to bring a lunch, snack and water bottle daily.

Individual goals are established and records of progress kept. A sketchbook is required for this class. This program does not require students to have prior art-making experience. Students new to ADEX are required to complete 3-4 prerequisite projects that introduce new mediums and the fundamentals of composition, color, and form. These projects also serve to familiarize students with the studio’s layout, proper setup and cleanup procedures, as well as essential steps in project planning. These prerequisites are completed at the students’ pace and typically take at least one session to complete.

Laura is an incredible folk musician with years of early childhood experience. She is so excited to get to help Miss Alice by teaching this wonderful class! 💕 Music with Alice, a 30-40 minute family music class, welcomes babies, toddlers and preschoolers along with their parents, grandparents and caregivers to come together every week to sing together!
