This class is designed to help our young artists learn and develop fine art skills that will also help them in writing and problem solving! Your child will be drawing, painting, and sculpting. Classes also expose them to art history. They are encouraged in their self expression while also learning to follow directions. Our projects are always new and engaging as they continue to grow in their abilities. We desire to build confidence and support their strengths. A flexible, sensory & process-based art experience designed for toddlers and their caregivers. Fall Semester Session Two (October-December) This class is recommended for ages 10+ who have a basic knowledge of drawing and anime. Digital Art Supplies REQUIRED. iPad with Apple Pencil preferred. Class is taught using the program Procreate for Apple iPad, which is strongly recommended. Other programs may suffice, but we cannot promise a 1:1 comparison of lessons for any other programs used. Experience in procreate preferred but not required. We will study what makes a cartoon "anime," different methods, techniques, and all the formal elements you need to create your own anime art and characters. This month we are focusing on learning about portrait drawing/painting! As requested by many of our Advanced students, Miss Hailey will be teaching the basics of portraiture, including proper techniques for proportions and how to capture expression. Art lessons for ages 10+ 2-hr class. This weekly class is a great option for kids looking to move ahead with their artistic talents. Students can choose to come on Tuesdays, or Thursdays, or both! Whatever works best for your schedule. The students are given more independence and freedom to be creative with the projects, and they have more autonomy in how their projects go. Projects often run for 3-4 weeks to give students the extra time to create a really impressive piece. We typically start a new project at the beginning of each month. Recommended for ages 10-16.

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 4:00–5:30 PM Join us as we explore a variety of artistic mediums, including clay, ink, watercolor, and acrylic painting. These fun and engaging classes help children develop creativity, observation skills, problem-solving abilities, and confidence through art. Starting off September we will be drawing and learning to use watercolors. Each finished artwork will be professionally matted and ready to frame or give as a gift.
