Join us for Seymour's 18th annual Downtown Trick or Treat, hosted by the Seymour Culture & Arts Commission. Children K-5 (& their parents!) are invited to participate in a costume parade followed by trick or treating at participating downtown shops. Stop by the corner of First and Bank Street for maps & goodie bags and don't forget to stop by the studio for crafts and treats.

Our Day Camps are packed with gymnastics, games, strength, flexibility, crafts, outdoor play, gardening, and more. It’s the perfect way to spend a day off from school—building skills, burning energy, and having a blast! What to Bring: A nutritious snack, packed lunch, and water bottle—all labeled with your child’s name. What to Wear: A leotard or comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing that allows for easy movement. Shoes for outdoor play.

Drop the kiddos for our Parents Night Out! 3-hours of you-time!! They get to have a fantastic night here at the studio, and you get to enjoy some kid-free time!! It's a win-win! More adventures come to life through imaginary play in this multi-age play class. A perfect opportunity for siblings to experience class together, or for children to practice more diverse social skills like leadership and peer modeling.

Talk about being on the move! At this age, little ones’ abilities are exploding: they are communicating, running, showing interest in friends, and can’t stop exploring! Your little one is communicating, sharing opinions (probably mostly ‘no’), and showing interest in their first friends! They can do new things like walk backwards, jump, and balance on one foot.

This class is suitable for confident walkers with the ability to run and about 20 spontaneous words in their vocabulary; help your child learn through play in this class that focuses on motor skills, following directions, problem solving and increasing language development we. Once your child has a minimum of 50 words, speaks in 3 - 5 word sentences and initiates imaginary play - try the Explorer's Class! Fun teacher led & caregiver guided activities utilizing our AWESOME NEW EQUIPMENT.   . Every Sunday from 9:30 - 11am, we host a canvas painting class that guides students through making a weekly work of art. Each week we build upon skills and learn new techniques. This class has been a part of The Giggling Pig for almost 16 years and a favorite among families. We really look forward to seeing the work each week that is created and know you will too.

We are opening up our After-School Art Enrichment Program to drop-ins for the Early Release Day for a special rate of $90. IMPORTANT NOTE: Because your child is "dropping-in" to our After School Program we MUST have a set of enrollment forms completed for Drop-In eligibility. These health and safety forms are a state requirement. The good news is once you complete the forms for the year, you are set for all other drop in programs that come up in 2026-2027. On Early Release Days (when the children arrive at 11:30am), we ask you to please pack a nut-free lunch for your child. We do not provide lunches. PICK-UP by 6pm: At pick up time, please use the Art Studio door. You may pick up your child at any time during the program. Our demo class is the perfect introduction to our hands-on curriculum. Your toddler will explore bubbling experiments, creative building, and sensory art—all designed to boost fine motor skills and spark early problem-solving. ✨ The Best Part: Your registration includes the guided demo class PLUS post-class access to our PlaySpace! Focusing on composition, color theory, and values, this class allows students to experiment with various medium techniques, including clay, watercolor, mixed media, acrylic, and tempera. 90 minutes. Ages 7-9. THIS WEEK: This week students will dive into the world of Paul Klee with this colorful oil pastel rendition of “Joy full mountain landscape”. After learning about expressionism and cubism, students will experiment with color to fill in their unique version of this famous work of art.

Join us for a full-day of art camp Monday through Wednesday of Thanksgiving week to get those hands messy, and spin those creative wheels. Campers will be exploring a variety of mediums, and color theory while improving techniques, hand-eye coordination, and problem-solving skills. Each young artist will take home original artworks made 100% by their hands showcasing their creative choices.
