This class is designed for gymnasts who have mastered the foundational skills and are ready to take their abilities to the next level! Students will refine and advance their current skills, including backbends, round-offs, and cartwheels, while learning new exciting skills like back and front walkovers, pullover on the bars, and squat-ons. With a focus on technique, strength, and precision, Superstars provides a fun and challenging environment where gymnasts can continue to grow and build confidence as they progress to more advanced skills with our supportive and encouraging coaches. This combination class offers children a sampling of art projects using various media such as painting, clay, watercolors, collage, and pastels. It is amazing what you can create when you explore with your imagination. A variety of materials are used to create your many masterpieces – Many projects are “built upon” each class, so that students experience a variety of mediums and take home several projects. Projects are new every session & seasonal, so sign-up for all sessions.

Fall Semester Session This class is designed to enhance the artistic abilities of tweens by developing advanced skills and fostering creativity. Our instructional approach emphasizes foundational principles, precise technique, and constructive critique, all while cultivating a comprehensive art portfolio. Personalized attention is devoted to refining drawing skills, painting techniques, and creative expression. Small class sizes enable us to provide both group instruction and individualized guidance. Class Description:
This teen art class is designed for teens who are ready to begin exploring their creative potential and how to start developing their own artistic voice. Students will be introduced to, and encouraged to explore, a variety of mediums—including drawing, painting, ceramics, printmaking, mixed media, and collage—while receiving personalized guidance from an experienced instructor. Whether they're interested in building their technical skills or discovering thier own unique style, this class offers the freedom to experiment and create at your own pace. New teen students will complete three pre-designed projects with their teacher's guidance to help aid them in learning how to set-up/clean-up supplies and materials, get a feel for what mediums are available, and allow teachers to get a feel for the student's level of skill and art knowledge. What They’ll Learn: Medium Exploration: Gain hands-on experience with a wide range of art forms, including pencil and charcoal drawing, acrylic and watercolor painting, clay sculpture, printmaking, and collage techniques. Project Development: Learn how to conceptualize, plan, and execute your own independent projects. With teacher support, they’ll refine your ideas and bring them to life. Creative Techniques: Develop new skills in various artistic techniques, from layering and texture in mixed media to the technical aspects of ceramics and printmaking. Self-Expression: Find their own voice and style as they experiment with different materials and approaches to art-making. Critique & Feedback: Receive constructive feedback from the instructor and peers in a supportive and open environment to enhance their artistic process and growth. Get dressed in your favorite Halloween costume and celebrate Halloween at The Kids Club. Junior Jumpers is the perfect start for our youngest gymnasts to explore the world of movement and gymnastics! In this class, children will explore obstacle courses, jump on the trampoline, and test their balance as they walk across the beam. Using a variety of fun equipment, they’ll begin to develop essential skills like coordination, strength, balance and flexibility—all while fostering a love for gymnastics. This class encourages movement, builds confidence, and sets the foundation for future athletic development in a playful and supportive environment. Join the movement today! For our elite gymnasts ready to take their skills to the next level. This performance team offers a challenging and rewarding environment for those passionate about advancing in gymnastics. -included in this package are elective drop-ins and make ups to any movement studio recreational class upon weekly availability by emailing movementstudio@hifivesports.com. Designed for students ages 10 to 12, the Expanded Fundamentals program bridges the gap between Fine Art Fundamentals and Advanced Exploration. It builds on foundational techniques while offering more opportunities for independent decision-making. Prior completion of Fine Art Fundamentals isn’t required, but familiarity with basic art concepts is recommended. All students new to Expanded Fundamentals will receive a notification to sign up for a one-time, prerequisite Online Form Class, which must be completed by the third week. This class teaches students about form, values and composition. If your child has already completed this class as part of Fine Art Fundamentals, they do not need to take it again. Level 2 All Star Cheer is designed for athletes who are ready to build on foundational skills and progress into more advanced technique, strength, and performance quality. This team focuses on mastering Level 2 tumbling, stunting, jumps, and choreography while emphasizing proper form, confidence, and teamwork. Practices are held Tuesdays from 6:00–7:30 PM and Saturdays from 10:30 AM–12:00 PM. Additional practices may be added throughout the season as needed at no extra cost to ensure athletes are fully prepared for performances and competitions. Throughout the season, athletes will follow a structured progression of skills and drills tailored to Level 2 requirements. This includes refining back walkovers, round-off back handsprings, and developing stronger connections and consistency in tumbling passes. Stunt work will advance to more complex extensions, transitions, and beginner-level release moves, all taught with a strong emphasis on safety and technique. Athletes will also focus on jump technique, flexibility, conditioning, and performance skills such as timing, expression, and confidence on the mat. Additional Fees throughout the year will include $275 (uniforms, practice wear, bows, warm-ups, etc.) $300 competition fees

This Level 2 Gymnastics class is for athletes who have mastered basic skills and are ready to advance. Gymnasts will focus on front and back walkovers while progressing toward back handsprings and aerial drills—the sky is the limit! Emphasis is placed on building strength, refining technique, and gaining confidence across all events in a fun and supportive environment. Important Policies: No refunds or credits will be issued. Make-up classes are available for missed sessions. The only opportunity to drop the class is at the end of the first session in December 2026. If you do not officially drop by that time, you will be automatically re-enrolled for the January–May 2027 session.

Outdoor field games in local area parks daily, swimming twice weekly, kayaking and rock climbing once weekly each. We spend the first and last hour of the day inside doing arts and crafts, STEM projects, and indoor sports such bowling and ping pong. The rest of the morning and afternoon we are outdoors doing field games and traditional activities utilizing local area parks. Swim is on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week during the morning session. Kayaking is Wednesdays during the morning session, weather permitting. Rock climbing is on Fridays. We are open rain or shine, during inclement weather and poor air quality days we spend more time inside doing crafts, indoor sports and other activities. Hot lunch and healthy snacks are included, the menu is sent out the preceding Sunday of the week. Same-day Registration costs an additional $15. Accompany unregistered children up the stairs for same day registration. Discounts do not stack with other discounts, you will receive the best discount available to you at check out.

After school, we’ll offer a mini-version of our famous Hi-Five Sports Camp that has thrived for over 35 years. Our After School program will allow children to get a taste of a variety of sports under the guidance of great coaches – encouraging sportsmanship, teamwork, and FUN. The Hi-Five After School Club will focus on the core sports in our Summer Camp program – basketball, softball/baseball, football, soccer. In addition, we’ll play a wide variety of schoolyard games that get the kids moving and competing. Whether they make a mistake or lose or they make a great play or win, they’ll learn from it and keep playing. We believe the key to teaching kids how to play sports is through encouraging them to develop the proper fundamentals and play with passion. Above all else, we want to make sports FUN to help them fall in love with playing the games, just for the sake of playing! It’s as simple as that.

Where they are: Your little learner is ready to start on ABC’s and 123’s. They are showing more interest in talking and figuring out the relationship between letters and language. They are also ready to learn basic counting skills and the relationship that numbers have to objects. What to expect in class: Classes are taught by a trained teacher who will cover all 26 letters and relate each letter to real life in a fun and interactive setting. “A” represents Apple! Numbers 1-10 will also be learned and related to life -- 1 pear, 2 apples, 3 blocks.
